Only reason 4 star was because of Dani or else I would have given it lower. Dani was the only staff that is exceptional. She was friendly, and helpful. She made up for the rest of the staff, especially the ones in the cafe, it’s like they hated working there.

Loved the hotel, my husband and I spent 1 night there just to get away. Quick check in with a super friendly staff member, valet our car and went directly to our room. Went downstairs to Sake No Hana for an amazing dinner. Room was comfy, especially for NYC. The only thing that would've made it better would have been a small coffee maker in the room. Everything else was great.

Great stay!

Todo estuvo increíble. Las atenciones del personal sobre todo. Muy atentos y siempre colaboradores.
-
Good high end class hotel with outlet price tag!!
-
Disappointing checkout experience. Despite Booking.com confirming the resort fee was already included, the hotel appeared to charge it again. Reception assured me no balance remained, yet a card charge followed. The issue caused unnecessary stress while travelling to the airport.

Good location.bar was good but very crowded-more of an evening venue than a joy at Rooms were incredibly small to the extent that you don’t want to spend any time there
-
Small rooms, some outside noise at night, but except for that staff was great and rooms were relatively clean.
-
Super friendly staff especially the people at the door and front desk. Nice location. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected and no room to sit outside of the bed.
-
Rooftop bar is seperate to the hotel and almost every day it is closed for a private event, lift/elevator system is awful
-
The view from my room was amazing. Especially for my first time in New York. The bed was really comfortable. All in all. Enjoyed the stay The lifts were very confusing and annoying
-
Location is good. Gym was noce amenity. And we enjoyed de rooftop. Small room and bathroom
-
Location was great. A lot of restaurants around the area. Lobby - like most hotels, you can lounge in the lobby without any issue. Apparently they close and people can not enjoy peace and quiet at all hours. Furthermore, hotel check in is an absolute mess. I’ll never stay here.

The location According to the photos we have a room with at least two windows, that wasn’t the case and we have just a small view of the city. They give a specially adapted wheelchair room. When ask if they can change cause it was quite inconvenient in the sense that the bathroom keep flooding they never let us know there availability. Cleaning was also an issue, there was a shoe stain in the sheets and they never change for new ones. Also over the last days of our stage they left fewer towels that left us wondering with what exactly were we cleaning at the sink, that was outside the bathroom and have no hanger for the hand towels. Over all it was a really uncomfortable situation
-
All good, good atmosphere and good location. Rooftop bar a bonus!
-
Excellent customer service!!!
-
The room is cute and quaint, but you hear the music blaring from Loosie’s at night. Overall a decent stay
-
Too expensive for NYC standards
