Such a cool hotel, excellent staff, bar and lounge, rooms and service. Rooms are small but very cool! Highly recommend!

Overall, the staff was fantastic but the location for me was not great. Needed to be uptown a little further (that's on me).

Great staff, fun vibes, and comfy beds!

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy. The staff was friendly and welcoming and our room was cozy and nicely decorated. We loved the sushi restaurant and its lovely ambiance. The rooftop was a highlight with great energy and beautiful city views. The bartender was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Great location, great atmosphere and a memorable stay. We would definitely return!

This hotel is pretty convenient as far as the destination spot. You are in LES but not far at all from west village, China town, Tribeca & little Italy. It’s very easy to walk to any of those spots from this hotel. As far as the hotel itself & staff, I didn’t find it to be a wow factor. Checking in took quite some time & it didn’t seem like the front desk was in a hurry to get the line literally out the door checked in. I even did the precheck in and it didn’t save me any time. The staff doesn’t really communicate with you in the morning or upon returning. It does matter to guests, not a deal breaker but it matters. Overall our stay was nice, the rooms are nice, it’s not loud and we were able to sleep without hearing neighbors or outside. Would I return to this exact location? Probably not but overall our stay was okay/good.

Great stay up until check out. We got charged a $500 smoking fee. We do not smoke or vape, but something triggered the sensor in our room on one day of our 4 night stay. It was a headache to get the fee removed and I had to talk to thee people including the manager. I would have given this hotel a great review, but this was an unnecessary stressful event that should have been taken ln care of quickly. It really ruined my opinion of this hotel. We will not stay here again.

Good location, clean, rather new, rooms are quiet.

Good rooms, good location, nice hotel just very high noise levels from ground floor live music venue, top floor bar and road. Friday and Saturday nights were the worst, others not so bad. Ask for a room on a mid floor and at the rear. I would prefer they offer a real breakfast (not just coffee and pastries) and scrap the live music venue on the first floor.

Great stay. Small issue with A/C that was attended to, investigated, and fixed within 20 minutes. Fans provided just in case, room did not cool fast enough.

The rooms are to small but it’s a nice hotel.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was so nice and professional. The room was clean. The entrance was very aesthetically pleasing. Many picturesque opportunity areas. There was a cute little cafe at the entrance as well. And the room booking included a credit to the cafe. The only thing was the elevator was a little confusing. You have to use your door card to use it.
