Nothing. I booked this property specifically for a private bedroom with a private bathroom. When I arrived, I was told there was a plumbing problem affecting my bathroom and was specifically instructed not to enter it. I was assured that a plumber would arrive in approximately 10 minutes and that the bathroom would be repaired, cleaned, and usable. I relied on that assurance and left for several hours to give them time to fix the problem. When I returned later that night, the situation was shocking. There was literal human waste on the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom had not been repaired or cleaned, and I was still told I could not use it. There was also a strong, unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom that permeated the bedroom. It was not simply an unpleasant smell - you could clearly smell sewage inside the room. I had paid for a private bathroom, but instead I was forced to use a shared bathroom while having an inaccessible bathroom contaminated with sewage attached to my room. The following morning, shortly before checkout, the sewage was still on the floor and the bathroom was still in the same condition. Nothing had been cleaned or resolved. I have timestamped photographs documenting the condition from the night through checkout. I reported everything to Booking.com and provided the photographs. Booking.com repeatedly attempted to contact the property regarding the complaint, but the property did not respond. What makes this unacceptable is that I was told the plumber would arrive in approximately 10 minutes and that the bathroom would be repaired and cleaned. I gave them the opportunity to do exactly that. Instead, hours later, and even the following morning, there was human waste on the bathroom floor, an unbearable sewage smell in the room, the bathroom I paid for was unusable for the entire stay, and human feces was also present outside the building entrance I would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The staff were really friendly and made my stay extra pleasant, recommending spots to see and all round being lovely to talk to. The location is super convenient and despite having worries about the open ceiling staff were proactive in politely asking my over excited neighbor to be quiet after hours. Bed was HELLLA COMFY!! And the AC was just right.

Friendly staff, clean room and affordable for quick stays. They also had all-day complimentary snacks, tea, water & coffee Location of hotel was slightly hard to find. Really have to look at building numbers because you can easily pass by the entrance door. Very small and hidden due to it being on a busy street with doo-to-door businesses up the whole street.
