Decor and staff were good. Beds very comfortable. Hotel does not provide slippers, body lotion, or choice of pillows. For the price I expect these items to be provided.

Great location with excellent restaurants in walking distance.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was perfect and had a heated floor. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Felt very safe. The first floor had an area with plenty of seating to relax. Did not realize there is no elevator. I have health issues so climbing 3 flights was very difficult. Also when checking out there was no one at the front desk.

A Super friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent service and responsiveness to all requests. They helped carry the suitcases up to the room. A beautiful New York-style hotel, close to SoHo. The shower pressure is weak, and there is no body lotion.

funky fun design. room and bed was comfortable. lack of an elevator but staff was on hand to carry luggage.

Staff were able to store my bags as I arrived early. They filled my water bottle. Response to a call to front desk for a toilet that would not stop running was handled immediately and to my satisfaction. We requested an umbrella that was never delivered. Knowing I booked two rooms, letting me know that they would not be on the same floor based on the room set ups would have set an expectation and not disappointed us when we arrived, as we were a party of five that had to stay on two separate floors.

It was a historic building in a very good location close to 2 subway lines. We were in a girls trip, so 3 of us shared the room. The room was large with two comfortable queen beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and they had daily housekeeping The building does not have elevators. The hotel does help with the luggage, however, you will have to walk the stairs to get to your room. The bathroom was quite small compared to the size of the room! It was tight for 3 adults to share. They have very limited coffee/tea service, outside of that not much more amenities

Perfect Location No phones in the room to contact the front desk, no microwave, and there is NO elevator and we were placed on the 4th floor.
