This is a great pet free hotel in a fantastic location, without a bar or restaurant, but across the street from the Moxy hotel, and citizenM hotel and two blocks from Mulberry St., Little Italy and parking. The coffee set up in the lobby in the morning is a lovely perk.

Melvin at reception was very welcoming and attentive. I had a slight inconvenience walking into my room and he immediately made accommodations that were satisfactory. Only offered coffee in the morning, but you take what you get.

Very chill nice staff. Very helpful with various requests including locating a lost item after we left. Also loved the French pop music in the lobby! My only issue was the low lighting in the rooms - it’s very atmospheric but I think it’s maybe why we lost a shoe!
