nice, comfortable and cozy hotel with a cool living room, free water and friendly staff. convenient location bed was a quite soft. the street right at the entrance is not really nice but once you cross or go around the corner you are in super cool areas

I love citizenM hotels. You always know what to expect: convenience, great communal spaces, and excellent locations close to good bars and restaurants.

Excellent location to restaurants in Bar of the Nolita, Soho and Chinatown. The common areas are just great, very convenient and spacious. When you get to citizenM hotel you always know what you receive and it’s good value for money. The room was uncomfortably cold, and there was no way to raise the temperature.

The self check in, the interior design was gorgeous and lively. I loved that the iPad controlled everything in the room! There’s alot of homeless people outside in the front I know they can’t really help much about that and it can be a little scary for some people but it’s just a little dirty infront of the hotel

The space was as promoted and bed was very comfortable. Loved the built in technology too! The bathroom and shower were my least favorite. Very small and the sink and mirrors were in the main room. There were also A LOT of homeless people stationed right outside of the hotel.
