Fantastic view of the city, the room was clean and efficiently laid out. Amenities are great - the rooftop bar, the lounge and dining, all wonderful. Only complaint was they were slow to clean the room, even after a late afternoon request, and then the timing didn’t work out for me. But otherwise, great experience. Location is superb!

Another great stay at a Citizen M! This is the 3rd Citizen M location we have stayed at, and it lived up to all expectations. As frequent travelers to NYC, I'm sure we will be back!

Clean room? I had dead moths attached to my window shade when it unrolled for the night.. and I'm not just saying.. 1 or 2.. or 3 .. legitimately close to 10 .. all dead and plastered all over my nightshade. Honestly - sad to see - I love citizen M bowery - this was the worst ive seen it in 5+ years.

We were present to facilitate our son's transition to college in New York City. We visited Target to purchase school supplies. The front desk assisted us with storing the bags and issued tickets. Seven bags were checked, and five were returned to us. While these matters are understandable, on the same day, I encountered an incident involving the manager. Additionally, the hotel faces an issue with a significant number of homeless individuals located in front of its premises.

The iPads in the room are helpful but I wasn’t able to cast my Netflix to the TV. I called to have them fix it but that didn’t seem to happen. Otherwise it was great. The rooftop and cafe are great!
