The rooms are small but immaculate. Also the public are is excellent, good coffee, spacious. Room iPads are good idea but take some getting used to.

The location was perfect for our adventure. The food was good, the staff was friendly. Our view of the city was fantastic! The hotel was generally quiet. The room is the width of a king bed - wall to wall surrounded on 3 sides by the walls. The length of the room is about 4 king beds. The room is TINY and not worth the nightly cost. The bed is against the back wall/ window and only had one point of entry, so your partner has to CRAWL over you to get in and out. There was no top sheet. The top cover isn’t big enough to cover 2 people, making it difficult to sleep. The shower and toilet are in the middle of the room and provide little privacy, as it is about 6 feet away from the bed. The only saving grace to the room was the view.

The room was small but cozy and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was a big window to look out of onto the city right next to the bed. It was pleasantly snug. For such a large hotel, there was never that long a wait for elevators even during prime check-out time. The staff is very friendly and the entrance is well-lit and attended. The surroundings felt a bit rough. The entrance is set back and next to a small park area with a lot of people hanging around and didn't always feel safe, although nothing happened and they only interacted with each other. But reflecting that outdoors concern, I found the halls around the elevators a bit too dimly lit and would've preferred a bit more light.

There was a man passed out/deceased outside in front of the adjacent club when we arrived. An ambulance arrived and hopefully rendered aid. There is a shelter on the other side of the front doors. Lots of homeless people there. Near constant horn honking at night. Room is so compact you can only enter the bed from one side. The head and foot of the bed is built up to the wall as is one side. If two people in bed, you must constantly crawl over to get out to use the restroom. Everything in room is operated from an iPad which I’m sure is confusing for older travelers. It was definitely not my favorite.

Great location, small, but comfortable rooms. A lot of strange people outside of hotel looking at you was making feel uncomfortable and not very safe.

The room is a little tight but clean. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the lower lobby bar and lounge. The staff were very helpful.

Everything was perfect! The work lounge is great and the rooftop is beautiful. You can’t beat the location in terms of walkability to everything and also the subway. Highly recommend!

Great location. Bed was very comfortable, room size though small but it was very clean, super comfortable and airy with ample natural light. The shower was great. I wish there was a coffee machine in the room.
