So clean. Amenities refreshed every day. Such a great location with metro, buses so close by and so many great restaurants in walking distance. Lift was having maintenance done sometimes in the middle of the day.

Great location and staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. I pre-paid my stay and when I checked in they didn’t tell me that booking hadn’t payed all the money yet, so the system was charging my credit card the nightly rates all over again every day of my stay. When I checked out I had my credit card charged the amount of the stay I had already paid plus newly added nightly rates adding to the same amount twice! It was a substantial amount of money and they didn’t alert me. It’s been 3 weeks and my credit card still has the hold and it might take a month to release. I understand this was a mistake but they should tell you beforehand when you prepay that they need to make sure the system has been updated that you already paid. If you choose to stay here, I suggest you pay at the property so you don’t risk this inconvenience. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff is really nice, the location is perfect too.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was small but the bed was extremely comfortable, and the furnishings were all modern and stylish. The location is great--close to lots of great restaurants, the New Museum, many subway stops. Be advised that at our room had a glassed-in shower in the middle of the room (with a curtain on the outside for privacy), so if you're traveling with someone else make sure you're very comfortable with each other. My only other complaint about the room was that there wasn't a good work setup--just one arm chair that didn't work well with the console that could be used as a desk, and there wasn't any work space in the lobby either. So, wonderful for leisure travelers but maybe not as convenient if traveling for business.

Excellent property! The balcony was no nice to sit on at night and the staff were the nicest people we met the entire time we were in the city! A/C worked great but we had to set a “schedule” in the thermostat to keep it at the temperature we wanted which wasn’t a problem at all once we figured out that’s what needed to be done! Overall great place if visiting the city!
