The Nolitan

Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we've had in New York. The staff made the whole stay — every time we walked through the lobby there'd be a friendly chat, real conversations, not the scripted kind. You could tell they actually enjoyed being there and it rubbed off on us. The location in Nolita is fantastic too, tons of great restaurants within a short walk, so we never had to think twice about where to eat. Would happily stay here again.

This is the absolute only place I'll stay in The City. The Entire staff is Amazing and the neighborhood has anything you could want. I'll be back very soon!

Fantastic location & friendly staff They are constructing a roof deck that made one day a little inconvenient.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. They let us borrow the steamer for a wedding at very short notice. Location was perfect and the views from the top floor were amazing.

My favorite part of the stay was the welcoming and friendly staff. However, the rooftop was under construction. And I was unaware upon arrival

I stay here every single time I come to the city and it never disappoints! Perfect location. The friendliest staff and gorgeous views. Lots of restaurants and shops that are easily walkable.

The location!!! Everything is within walking distance, so there’s no need for the subway. And the balcony — small but perfect!

Super clean. Comfortable beds with amazing linen and pillows. Bathtub in room was a bonus. Coffee machine a bonus. Staff amazing.

The staff! So wonderful and you cant beat the location at all! Our bedding was not fresh, our pillows smelled like sweat and were disgusting.

We loved the central location and the friendly staff!! The staff were so welcoming from the moment we checked in and were very helpful. The location was pretty much smack bang in the middle of everything we wanted to do during our stay in this area which was fantastic and the two nearest subway stations were about a 3 minute walk away to go anywhere else in the city. Our room was quite spacious for New York and we loved the view we had from our balcony.☺️ Room was quiet, great aircon, clean & nice hot water for showers. There wasn’t anything to dislike as such but we thought a little microwave or kettle would have been nice to have in the room.

There is no breakfast served but you are in the middle of so many great restaurants. The gym is a three minute walk away and it’s such a nice place to have a great workout. We will stay here again.

Location is great and always clean! I’ve stayed there 4 times now and never disappointed!

Great location, it’s in walking distance to everything downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, bright and well kept, high floors have a great view. The offsite gym was also great, a wonderful way to stay in routine. Staff were very helpful. The pillows are hit or miss, I’m glad I packed my own.

This hotel has a GREAT location only 1-2 blocks away from so many great cafes and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. Will definitely come back,
