Off Soho Suites Hotel

Good location, clean room, very epic.

A minimal place, matched by price. Staff was great. Large suite, comfy beds, very clean. No bells or whistles or decor. For people who want to be in a great part of the city, comfy and clean and don’t care about much else, I recommend this highly. The little cafe next door has great coffee etc. and your room door is opened with a real key. It’s like you really live there.

It’s a bit worn in places and would benefit from more pots and pans/ cutlery but for the price,location and friendly staff it’s a great place to stay. Thanks to Gabe, who is a really nice man and very kind and helpful.

It was perfect for our family and trip. Very close to subway and other areas. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is really like a mini apartment. The location is great with so many restaurants and bars nearby. The room did have an iron and tv that was not functioning but overall the space was comfortable. Gabe at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, great customer service.

The suites are roomy and offer just the right amenities to provide a comfortable and quiet break from the action happening in the neighborhood. Bathroom has lots of storage and solid shower, kitchens have a nice full sized fridge and coffee making gear, a microwave for reheating that to go food you brought back last night. Comfy beds, good A/C, it even quiets down considerably at night. Thank you Off Soho Suites, for taking good care of us, you know we will be back.

Just returned from my third stay at Off Soho Suites. This time for nine nights. And again it did not disappoint. Great location, just of Bowery, and the area has an increasingly buzzy atmosphere with plenty going on locally, with lots of creative and urban arts popping up. Can easily walk to lower east side, Little Italy and Greenwich Village with a handful of subway stops minutes away. Our room was spacious with lots of character – has lots of little touches that make a difference, eg plenty of light switches (and simple solid on/off ones, not fancy sliding switches!); really useful well made furniture; lots of space so never felt cramped, good water pressure and shower. Comfortable bed and wardrobe with loads of hangers. Our room was really well serviced each day and kept clean and well stocked. The owners and team are very professional and really friendly and welcoming. This is very different experience from a regular chain hotel – you vey much feel a guest in great part of NYC. Looking forward to my next stay. And at a great price. Would never consider staying anywhere else

Was surprised how big the suites/rooms were for nyc. Great location if spending time in lower Manhattan. Very close to all the good spots. Worth staying.

Great place to stay, rooms could do with a bit of TLC but the staff were very helpful all the time and would definitely go again.

The hotel is reasonably well situated -- very easy to walk to Chinatown, Little Italy, and SoHo. Depending on which subway you take, you may need to navigate your way around the homeless along the Bowery. The hotel clerk was exceedingly rude and noncommunicative when we checked in and almost seemed to resent our being there. The room was certainly spacious, but it had been an apartment at one time and was in bad need of renovation. There are no amenities to speak of -- although there is a side room adjacent to the lobby if you want to hang out -- doing what, I can't imagine. It's reasonably priced, but be aware that you're not getting anything other than a large room.

The address is sedate or not very discernible. Narrow hallways and there is a kitchen provided.

Clean and roomy. Sort of like a 90s NYC apartment. Nice helpful staff too. Good location, near trains. Recommend if you’re ok with nothing fancy..

Everything was very clean. The staff was especially friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the LES. I would definitely stay here again!

This place may not have all the latest bells and whistles, however it is super clean, well maintained, and in a great area. Near many restaurants, bars, metro station and whole foods. The front desk was kind and accommodating.

Staff was amazing. Extremely accommodating. Check in/out was very easy. Location was great. Close to the train, shopping, and food. The property is an older apartment building converted into hotel suites, so some of the amenities are older. Definitely worth the money based on space, location, and hospitality.
