Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily, breakfast was good, but beds were not comfortable. Overall though our stay was pretty good.

The room was clean. Parking was convenient. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. We would stay here again!

The shuttle looked like it was ready to fall apart, and a property looked like it needed a complete renovation.

Just ok for a night before catching a plane. Breakfast was overcrowded and highly unorganized. Bedroom was old and bathroom outdated, with heavy humidity and mold smell.

The microwave wasn't getting hot at all.

The hotel was clean, and the room was well maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Other than that, everything was good.

Clean room, friendly and cordial staff, convenient location and shuttle service. A welcome relief in the midst of annoying and inconvenient flight cancellations.

We stayed at this hotel in Newark for a family visit to NYC. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and take the train into the city. My only suggestion would be to have two hotel shuttles so they can run every 15 minutes instead of waiting 30+ minutes at the airport. Our suite had plenty of room to accommodate our family of four. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Newark/NYC.

Front desk staff was very helpful and very nice during our whole visit

Hotel is a bit dated now and in need of a face lift but facilities were good, rooms spacious and comfortable and staff allowed us a late check out. It is a little way out from the terminals and not much options for food but can get uber eats delivered.

Room was decent toilet didn't flush to well clogged in the middle of the night staff at desk told us to get plunger from the desk n plung our own toilet, very busy in the morning for breakfast food was decent pools and hot tub supper small and to much chemicals

breakfast buffet was the best!

I had 2 rooms and both were clean! The staff was very helpful, the hit tub was cool and the kids loved the pool. Breakfast, was quite a surprise. I didn't expect for there to be such a big variety of foods but there was and everyone was content.
