Hotel is only 2 years old but it’s exceptionally clean and staff were exceptional! I didn’t stay for breakfast, but the coffee was hot and tasty!

I had an issue with my window shade, not opening the desk. Manager came up immediately when she saw it wasn’t a quick fix. She immediately transferred me to a better room. She went above and beyond I was impressed.

We enjoyed our stay because the staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic!!

This was our second time staying here within 6 mo. First time was fantastic and the staff were amazing. Second stay the staff were still wonderful, but the room not so much and had seen better days. The blind was broken, the sink faucet filter fell off when we used it and there was trash in the pull out sofa. Plus, the bar of soap from the previous guest was the only soap we had in the bathroom (at the sink). Just did not feel clean and not taken care of. We need a place to stay in Evansville that we can count on over the next few months and not sure how we feel about staying here again.

This has been our favorite hotel on our roadtrip so far. The salt water pool was fun though it did seriously aggravate my husband’s eyes so keep it in mind. I’m not sure if it was recently treated or what but it was odd. If you’re not swimming, it’s a 10/10.
