The older black female at the desk with the short hair and the mustache was very rude she saw me and my fiancé at the desk and went to the back for an hour after we made eye contact and didn’t come back when we called for assistance to check in

The breakfast was good the first year but it has gone steadily downhill.

The hotel itself is perfect environment was clean, the staff was helpful, the rules was extremely beautiful. The only problem I had was the room next to me at small children and every morning at 7 am they were my wake up alarm. I was not aware that the walls were so thin where I can hear the next person. Other than that I will definitely stay again I always have a good experience with Comfort hotels.

I’ve had nothing but excellent stays at Comfort Suites, it’s why I always return. Very friendly staff and clean rooms, makes everything about visiting fantastic.

Excellent comfy beds.....this is not always the case, even at high end places. One can talk about this amenity or that, but if one can not sleep at night due to an uncomfortable bed nothing else really matters. That was not the case at Comfort Suites Newnan. All we really needed was a good night's sleep and that is exactly what we received !!

We were disappointed by this hotel. To start, the desk agent was super unfriendly when we checked in. Our shower wouldn’t drain and the bathroom smelled musty. The breakfast was pretty terrible. Even with a full hour left of the breakfast time, most of the hot items were gone, or super dried out. The juice machine put out only water and there was nobody around to replenish anything. I would not stay here again.
