Location, right by the highway First room had roaches, we switched to an upstairs room. This room had cigarette burns all over the comforter, sheets had stains. Minni fridge & microwave had sticky caked on grease all over it. Room smelt like burnt grease & cigarettes..lifted up the mattress to make sure no bed bugs were there & a used condom was under the mattress

My job requires me to be on-call most of the time. No matter the check-in or check-out time, staff always went above and beyond to make sure I had a beautiful stay. Sometimes I had to check in early. They made sure housekeeping cleaned a room for me. I had to stay longer, they made sure I stayed in the same room. The vending machine (soda) had no sodas so I had to walk across the street to buy something to drink

Only one light worked in my room, the sink wasn’t cleaned .

The staff is awesome. I get off work early morning most days. They have never failed at getting a room cleaned and ready for me. This one of the main reasons that I choose Motel 6 on Herring Rd. My leg hurts sometimes really bad so I don't particularly like walking upstairs. But again, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I get some and I appreciate it

Solid room if you just wanting to sleep on a budget. It has everything that you need if you’re just passing through and you wanna rest. My only complaint was the bedding made me sweaty for some reason.

The staff were always courteous and very helpful. We got clean towels, etc. every morning without having to ask or put our dirty towels outside. The hotel was quiet except for one night out of four. It was one room only. Otherwise, very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean. We would stay there again.
