Love everything about my stay.

I had no issues except for the refrigerator had the room smelling horrible the whole stay even after maintenance came and thawed it out!!! Perfume did not mask the horrible smell!!

The only complaint I had about our stay was rude breakfast service the first day. To be fair, we did not realize breakfast service ended at 9. We got downstairs at 8:50. I helped my two younger kids get their food and get settled. I was finishing up making a waffle for my oldest child and starting my own plate when whoever was in charge of breakfast came in, turned off the lights, and started packing everything up while another gentleman and myself were in line. I thought that was incredibly rude and tacky. I get that breakfast closes at 9 and she had a job to do, but in the hospitality industry, you have to have grace for the people you’re serving. If she had waited five minutes, I could have grabbed what I needed and been done. There wasn’t anyone else coming down to eat, so she could have easily closed up after we finished. She could have kindly addressed us and let us know the kitchen was closing and to please get what we needed. Turning off the lights and putting stuff away while people are actively in line, not caring if they get enough foodis not hospitality. I’ve never been treated like that at a hotel before.

Clean Positive But TV didnt work...

I really enjoyed my stay it was so peaceful the room was clean and breakfast was great

I really think that the hotel needs update. Staff was friendly. They were stains on the lamp sheets of my room water pressure, sucked

Friendly staff. But it’s crazy how they didn’t have a toilet paper and handed us a leftover. Other than that, it was a pretty cool place to stay at. Close by to everything

The room was muggy and would not get cold. the bathroom is very dated with rust on the shower. The tv signal would not work.

We booked a 2 queen bed and paid for it online. We paid that morning. We arrived from Florida at around 12 am (midnight). When we arrived to our room, there was only one bed in there. We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available. The staff took about 10 minutes to come to the front, like she was doing something in the back. Expedia called the front desk and COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Staff was respectful but very irresponsible. Probably won’t be back.

Needs some refurbishing

Our room was well stocked and comfortable for our basic needs. The elevator stayed very warm but was not scary. Breakfast was simple and good. I would stay here again if needed.

Comfortable beds peaceful stay

The breakfast bagels were stale,the bread was stale other than that it was ok oh the bacon can yall please use a better one

The staff was so friendly and nice. They literally made you feel like at home. They were always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was great and it was nice and quiet. It was nice having full shampoo and conditioners. C Our bathroom looked like it could have had some repairs made. The wall paper was peeling and the shower curtain rod was too low.

Also some of the staff was rude

Closeness to everything

That it didn't have a pool.

Comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, location and staff were all on point.excellent Would definitely stay here again
