    I like that it is pet friendly which is very important to me. It is easy on and easy off to the expressway nice location. The first room they gave me I was not happy with the commode was not flushing right it seem like it had a slight older to it but they gladly move me to another room which was fine.

    It was close to my destination. When you first walk into the hotel there is a smell of mold mildew and cigarettes each floor smells the same way when you get off the elevator and the rooms are worse. When I first arrived the young lady working at the desk was sitting in the breakfast area talking on her phone and left me standing there for over 10 minutes before she decided to check me in, I called downstairs to complain about the room not being cleaned no answer from the front desk so I had to come back downstairs and wait an additional 10 minutes because the front desk girl had left the building and when she returned I was moved from the first room because the Sheets Were filthy and the comforter had brown stains all over it the room had not been cleaned. The second room had clean sheets but the bathroom floor had hair all over it the carpet was dirty and the room had a horrible smell, the air conditioning was so loud I could not sleep I have to turn it off and sweat to death because I could not sleep with that loud noise. I noticed that housekeeping does not have a vacuum cleaner rooms or mops there was none of the above on their carts and I waited patiently with my door open so that I can hear the vacuum cleaners but did not hear any they need to really do better at getting this hotel together I used to love this hotel brand, and would stay with them frequently for all of my business travel back in the day, but they have really fallen off I was highly disappointed with my stay and the service I received. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice and considerate that's why I gave it two stars.

    Staff was friendly and accommodating. Last 3 stays each room has had something wrong. Broken faucet, hot water had problems coming on and mini fridge missing.

    The breakfast was good, who can complain about free sausage and eggs, bagels and a good cup of coffee. The location was terrific since it was right off of 85. I just hopped off and back on the next morning. Nothing! I make that my hotel of choice when traveling from NC to Fl. Didn't have my dog with me this time but it's pet friendly.

    Mirrors were not cleaned when we arrived and the 319 smelled heavily like smoke. I was glad I brought my essential oil machine. The coffee tray had a cigarette burn on it.

    Stay was okay the room did smell weird maybe do to updates being made to the rooms paint was smeared and door wasn’t fitted right. There was stains on the bed sheets. But after two night stay we ended are stay and moved elsewhere

    Beds were comfy. Convenient Location. Front desk personal was great. Black mold in the shower. Coffee cup ring on back of toilet, we did not have coffee in the room. Breakfast bar was empty, cold, and dried out. Computer was occupied by a child playing games. Need I say more...

    Room to room sound proofing. The room only had about 1/5 of a roll of toilet paper when I arrived. The building appears to have a wooden support structure, so when other guests closed their doors repeatedly, the room I was in noticeably shook. The bathtub was slippery due to the design and lacked any anti-slip texture. TV channel selection was limited. The bedding also seemed overly starched, which made it feel stiff and irritated my skin—causing my face to become dry and flaky.
