Best Western Shenandoah Inn

Perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Had a small dog with me and there was a place to walk him.....safe and secure. Breakfast was good. Loved the shower!

The first room we were in had rips in the sheets. When we changed rooms we had only 3 sheets of toilet paper to split between the three of us. Our keys stopped working, couldn't get into the laundry room, and the pool was not operational. The other couple traveling with us had roaches in their room and ended up leaving and I didn't get a refund for their room.

Check in was easy since I paid through Expedia. Convenient location. Plenty of food places around to eat. Negatives: The shower handle fell off. Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom was not clean and very outdated. People were yelling and screaming all night. Someone banged on my door the one night at 230am waking me from a dead sleep. The beds were very hard. Disappointed considering Expedia gave it 8+ stars for reviews. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had booking through Expedia.

I emailed and never received a reply. I worked late, notified the front desk and said Id be getting in very late. I drove over 2.5 hrs from another state to go to City of Hope hospital for an early appointment. I rang the bell of the front desk over and over, waited and ended up sleeping in my car after pre-paying for a room. Disgusting customer service, no reply. Never again with this hotel. Quality customer service has suffered. Be careful here.

This is a cut above the usual Best Western. Fairly new, everything in good condition. I don't know about breakfast because I left early in the morning. Recommended!

Very clean and friendly staff

It was ok How people was standing in front of of my room talking on the phone after we went in our room, the furniture looks old and tv was dusty and dirty out side the shower the toilet seat have stain

Staff very friendly

Staff was very friendly. Water pressure was amazing! Was upset when I arrived to find it was a motel(all exterior opening doors) as a woman traveling alone I specifically wanted a hotel with interior opening doors. Staff was understanding & canceled my additional nights with no charge See above

breakfast Pool was not open and green. Walls to thin.

Good place to stay next to the freeway

No bar soap for bathroom sink, no hairdryer, very " squeaky" bed, body wash in shower " ran out". We had requested a first floor room when booking as my husband has leg issues but were assigned a 2 nd.story room and no elevator. Glad we were just there overnight.

The location was very convenient to alot of stores and restaurants, 15 minutes from downtown area. Decent breakfast and nice size rooms. Limited parking and did not like the metal bed frame that made noise any time you moved. Overall good.
