Ac real good. Up grade time

I really liked everything about the hotel. It was conveniently located near all the places I needed to go. The room had everything I needed after the upgrade. Custom service. Everyone was not on the same level of how to treat customers with respect. There was only one customer serviceman at night that I really tried to avoid because he had such poor customer service. And others saw it too. He tried to make my stay unpeaceful. I knew it was time to go when I tried to make another reservation and I went downstairs to ask for his assistance and he was upset because when they did an inspection in my room the fact that he told me housekeeping wasn't there and gave me a flat sheet and bed spread came up. So he decided against allowing me to pay for a room and I couldn't even get confirmation online. I was on call the next day so I had to move my things to another hotel when I should have been working. That was inconvenient.

Great staff, clean rooms. I would highly recommend! If you're expecting 5 stars, this isn't the place. But, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Especially for a few nights stay.

Nothing The room was on the 3 floor and the Air Conditioner DID NOT WORK PROPERLY! The bed mattress was sunk in and the mattress bases looked dirty and disgusting. The floors were not swept and that couch in the room looked dirty. Y'all need to hire more people to clean the rooms. That whole building needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

I had dog hair all over the floor and bed. It had a moldy smell in my room.

There are no words. 62 years of staying in hotels I have never seen a hotel in this shape. It was horrible! 1/ I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. I finally had to call the number on the desk to get them. 2/The rooms were not cleaned. In one room there was a vape, (I thought it was a non-smoking hotel) the chair in one room had ashes and burn marks, one room had no refrigerator the other room’s refrigerator was full of frost and had food, the microwave was disgusting, it had food in it that had exploded and had been there for about 2 years, the floors were covered in who knows urine (animal or human who knows.), Green flies in the bathroom. The smell will make you nauseous. The staff was very friendly and understanding when we left immediately and gave us a full refund. We got a room in a new hotel down the street and showered immediately. We had bug bites around our ankles/legs. I have pictures if there’s a chance to upload I will. This experience was traumatic and will stay with us for a while.

We checked in around 4, but didn’t return to room til 11, so we checked bed…no bugs, so we slept there. The next morning we checked out. We went to another motel for the rest of our trip. I was told that our money was returned to Orbitz for all 3 nights.

The bathroom fixtures were not wiped down, nor the counter tops or the mirror. Also, if you have a cat allergy, don't stay here. There are feral, but some what friendly cats in and out of the lobby.

The air didn't stay cool and room was damp and had mold in it. I was t happy about it at all
