Everything was perfect.

The room and property were fine. The staff(one in particular). Very nonchalant-never at the front when needed. I booked 2 rooms and asked for the location to be in the same proximity and of course one was on the 3rd floor and the other on first floor. When it came time to check out the key locks you out at 11am on the dot. So as I was loading my machine (slingshot) I get locked out and the rest of my property was locked in the room. Couldn’t find the desk clerk so a maid (who wasn’t at all very friendly)had to let me in. Not sure I’ll stay here again.

It was spacious. We slept comfortably. The staff was very friendly. We liked it had the kitchen area. We did not like that they did not have but very few cooking pots and no big bowls to put stuff in. We also didn't like that one of our rooms was not cleaned very good. Maybe invest in more pots and skillets to cook with and cooking utensils.

The room was extremely dirty. Smudges and sticky residue were on the floors, doors, and walls. Wine was on the bathroom walls. Makeup was on the “clean” bedding. The floor, doors, and remote were covered in a sticky, smudgy, dirty residue which also contained glitter.

Place was very nice from outside in. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was nice spacious and affordable. It came with a kitchen a nice walk in shower a living room section and also a king size bed. They provide forks, spoons, pans and a refrigerator to hold your items in. Also have food and easy meals to make that you can buy down stairs. It’s very close to everything Walmart, Lowe’s, Golden Corral, Apple bees etc. I will be visiting again.

The Staff was the first thing that stood out. Lisa the agent who initially checked me in was excellent. She was courteous, respectful, attentive, and knows customer service. The room was clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

My favorite place to stay when I need to relax and they have Netflix on the tv!! 10000/10

Staff were exceptional! Nothing

I have try 2 to 3 Hotels here in Newnan Georgia, and what I like the most about this hotel is the people that work there, they are committed to help you in there posible way. Rooms are clean, they improved the television programs now you can have Netflix or YouTube, nice kitchen, with a nice size refrigerator (not one of those minibar refrigerator), overall nice place to stay.

Overall, great stay and really sweet staff

The room was clean. Everything was as I imagined.

Dirty dishes left in dishwasher, no sheets in room for sofa bed, coffee maker was broken, flashing light on smoke detector (or similar sensor on ceiling) kept me awake, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, but overall the facility didn’t live up to “exceptional” ratings I saw online. Just OK.

It was very nice, clean, did just what I needed. It was the best place I stayed on my trip. The only critique I may have is that the walls are painfully thin. I was a little worried but everyone seemed to go to sleep just as I was!

Overall, my one night experience was excellent from the check-in staff to the check-out staff.
