Rooms were clean. Grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful with all needs. Breakfast was good, although there could be more non-pork options daily.

Location Old property, sewer smell in the room.

The space was quiet and comfortable. The AC was noisy but a swift kick fixed it!

I did not eat breakfast I left too early

It was clean and quiet! Our bed was a bit hard. If we had booked for more than one night we would have asked to be moved.

The staff were kind and friendly upon arrival. Check-in was easy. The beds and pull out were comfortable and clean. The A/C worked well and wasn’t annoying like many hotels. The complimentary breakfast was average (as most hotels are), but there were enough options for me and my girls to have a satisfying breakfast together. Overall, it was as expected. I’d likely stay here again if given the opportunity. These are small things, but worth noting. The hotel had done some renovation work and our room needed some more work. The door to the room was off slightly, so it didn’t close cleanly, and light from the hall was very noticeable. The door handle was “catchy” and got stuck when first opened. The shower faucet was not flush to the wall, and when changing from the faucet to shower, the faucet moves. The drywall had a big spot where work was done, but not completed. Some ppl might take serious issue with this. I would encourage management to make sure these small finishes are complete before putting guests in a room. See photos.

Breakfast was good but it only had a non pork protein for just one day of my stay. Also the bathroom had a weird non pleasant smel. Besides that, everything was good. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was exceptional! Friendly helpful couldn't ask for better I am in a wheelchair the bed was lower than my prosthetic height. I'm a below the knee amputee it was probably 4 in below my knee. It was extremely soft. I could not get out of the bed without help. The room was cramped with some type of Ottoman in the room which had to be moved so I could get my wheelchair to go between the beds. The bed needs to be taller and a little firmer. I would suggest whoever designed the bedrooms be someone that is actually disabled as we have an entirely different understanding of what we need than someone who's just been through a few classes.
