The room was clean. Hot water took a little bit to kick in, but when it did it was nice and hot. The eggs could have been better as it tasted like they were made from powdered eggs as you could taste the grittiness. Staff was friendly and parking was a breeze.

I was denied a refund by the Hotel due to booking with Expedia. I had a change in my travel plans resulting in a shorter stay than booked. The Hotel advised they could not refund the unused/cancelled day since I booked through Expedia, even though I paid direct at the Hotel. This will be the last time I use Expedia, this is a very unfriendly Consumer practice. I may contact my Bank and dispute the charges.

Room was missing the smoke detector and there was a crack in the bathroom door- like someone had punched it. Place was clean. Staff won’t let you take breakfast to your room. Weird. Overall it is a great location. Felt safe. Solo female traveler. Had no problem or concerns walking around the area to local shops/dining

Great location about 30 miles/40 minutes south of Atlanta. Tons of stores, restaurants and services along Rt 34. Easy drive to/from downtown Atlanta.

My room was filthy. Stained sheets, rust all over the bottom of the tub, large crack in the sink, missing handles on the dresser, and the pool was green.

Staff was very nice. The outside of the hotel looks good. The inside of the room looks bad. Both beds had stained comforters. Carpet felt nasty if you were barefoot. I did not want to lay in the bed. Very outdated room. Walking distance to restraunts and bowling was a plus.

The shower on the first floor, walk in didn’t leak like other places like it had an actual edge and the toilet was higher not low. The ac was excellent it smelled clean but it’s a little fragrant

The location was great and the hotel was extremely nice. The only complaint that I had was a small one. The tv remote would not turn the tv on. You had to manually turn it on. Not a huge deal at all. The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice. The water had good pressure. All in all a great stay! Wouldn’t mind staying there again.
