Also people in the parking lot having tail gate parties and smoking weed and being loud and noisy all night long and letting there dog poop in the parking lot and not picking it up - Nasty. Toilet seat not bolted down.

Our stay at Woodspring was good. Unfortunately, despite leaving a message with N'dia on our arrival that our other party would be arriving very, very late, i.e. 3-4 am, this message wasn't communicated to the night shift. There was no one at the desk to check them in at this time and they had to call and wake us for help. Associates did arrive to check them in and said their reservation had been auto-cancelled after 2 am despite the above communication from us. It worked out ok in the end; just a bit disappointed that we communicated to the best we could but it didn't work. The property was fine but had absolutely no items to use in the kitchenette. I guess these needed to be requested. We didn't do anything about this since we were just there one night. That said, since no breakfast (beyond coffee) was offered, we would have appreciated some basic utensils in the room, even disposable would have been appreciated.

The only thing provided were towels, otherwise the place was very clean and staff was incredibly friendly. I would stay here again, just bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner ㅠㅠ

The room was clean and in good shape. However the floors in the hall were dirty and needed cleaning. The room needed drapes on the window to help keep out the light, the smoke detectors keep blinking a bright light. However the main thing was people shorting off fire works till almost 2am and in the adjoining room someone was beating on the wall till 5am. Me nor my kids got any sleep!

We were gone all day and only stayed at night. Called with our problems but nothing done. The shower faucet dripped all night. The light between the beds didn't work. The light switch by the door, only one side worked so the lights were very very bright. No way to only switch on half of them because the switch didn't work. If u got up in the middle of the night there are no low lights u can turn on so u have to feel ur way to the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a low light in the kitchen area. AND to topit off, the walls are paper thin and the person next door had their tv on 24/7, so we could hear what they were watching, all night long. We will NEVER stay there again!

Dairy Queen, close to the mall walking distance close to my job. Nice day. And you had to pay for your toilet paper into our to get your bed changed

Really great location! I'm extremely picky about where I stay and this was a really great location. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was truly smoke free, and was kept very clean, which is more than I can say for other extended stay locations. The price is also much more affordable than other competing properties. Despite the distance from Atlanta, I am very happy that we chose to stay here.

More towels needed every time because they only gave us 1 set.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It didn't even feel like a hotel, felt like we were home. Great staff, pleasant room. I know where I'm staying next time I go to Georgia. See you soon
