I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING AT THIS HOTEL! The moment we walked in to the hotel it smelled heavily like marijuana. We checked in and went to our room thinking we could avoid the smell, and it was just localized to the lobby. We were wrong. It smelled terrible in the room. Additionally the room had NUMEROUS roaches on the walls of the room, in the sink in the bathroom, in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and multiple running around on the room floor. We left immediately once seeing this!!!

Location is good. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable The floors inside and outside of the room were dirty. No trash cans in the room. TV outdated and hard to use. The floor in the tub was unstable.

Don't stay here! It's more of a flop house than a hotel. The pictures are not accurate. There are no deluxe rooms, no lamps, old damaged furniture. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are empty. No coffee in the room or the entire building, no hand or kitchen towels. The only toiletry is 1 bar of soap. .front desk has limited hours, and has a metal locking screen that covers the office window. There is little soundproofing between floors. I did check the beds for bed bugs, but didn't find any, thankfully. The TV was OK. THIS place should not even be on Booking.com. We booked 2 nights, but checked in an hour after cancelation deadline. Front desk said I had to cancel 2nd night thru Booking.com. Do not expect Booking.com to go to bat for you.

The staff was friendly The entire facility, from the lobby to the room, was old, run down and filthy. We reserved a queen room but when we arrived, we were informed there were no queen rooms available and we were placed in a room with a double bed. The room had a desk with no chair, a kitchen with no dishes or cutlery, the bathroom was filthy, there were black mold spots on the ceiling above the shower, and to top it off, there were roaches!!! The floor was wet when we got to the room and we were told there was a leak in the room above us but because no one was currently in it, no more water should drip down. The front desk closes at 10pm and there is no staff on site until 7 the next morning. A phone number was provided for emergencies only. Housekeeping was not available and the manager said the rooms are cleaned every 14 days. The phone in the room has a surcharge for local calls, including the emergency phone number and when I asked for extra towels, I was told there was a charge of $1.75 for each additional towel or wash cloth. The room was $150 a night and I was completely disappointed with everything but the staff. They kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience. I will never stay here again. The entire building needs to be demolished.

I selected this place because it had a kitchenette. The plan was to prepare meals for my family Very unsanitary. Roach infested, unclean, bed linens unclean, unswept floor, bathroom towel hadn’t been washed, brown old feces like stains on the floor, dried blood stains on bathroom door, trash in the hallway, large dog continuous barking from a room down the hall, horrible smell, very stained carpet in the hallway.

I like how the staff makes u feel at home. They are polite , helpful, understanding and make sure that your needs are met. That they stopped having coffee in the morning. Continental breakfast would be nice to have as well.

The room was spacious and I had a full stove and fridge. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like that you only get housekeeping every 14 days. However they offer to let you exchange your linen for 1.75 which is great because to wash in guest laundry is 3.25 to wash and 3.25 to dry

The location The property itself was not clean they had trash outside everywhere, clothes on the ground, the hallway and staircases had trash and cigarettes butts on the floor. Some of the staff attitudes wasn’t pleasant. The smoke detectors kept going off and all types of times because they were outdated! This place is being run down bye careless people!
