The Lodge at Kiln Creek Resort

For the most part, my stay was comfortable. My recommendations to the hotel manager: 1) hire someone who can help lift bags to the second floor since there’s no elevator; 2) invest in toilets that are not so low down to the ground. Some of us are tall. 3) maybe offer room service from the restaurant. 4) the water pressure in my shower was not good. 5) I was disappointed that the sauna wasn’t working the entire week that I was there.

Awesome stay. Great staff and the facility was so clean.

The agent provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist me with my luggage. We also had a great time enjoying tee time on the golf course.

Our stay was over the holiday weekend. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean, and cool. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was rather "meh". In a pinch, it's ok if you really didn't want to leave the property.

I stay in air bnb's a lot, and this owner was exceptional and very responsive. They had the property in excellent condition and it was really clean.

Everything about the resort was beyond ordinary.

Clean room, well appointed, friendly staff, nice loungers at the pool. The best part of our stay was being able to go out the sliding door and sit on the patio with a coffee and watch the thunderstorm over the golf course.

Issue with a/c unit. Cool blasts of air followed by humid feel. Not comfortable for sleeping

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms, furniture and amenities were very dated. The quality of the property isn’t what I expected and unfortunately I would not consider coming back.

This is my second time staying here, and I absolutely love it! The property is beautiful and it’s quiet.

Nice setting, quiet, loved the balcony. It is shared, not private. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is tiny. Walls are thin. I could hear our neighbor’s tv into the wee hours and then clearly heard their morning routine. Staff is friendly. It was a quick one night stay for us. The balcony made the room worth - golf course not true nature but still pretty.
