It was just a great time. Great service and courteous management.

Great place for an overnight, simple comfortable rooms. It’s a fairly quiet stay for some good rest. Jason is always accommodating and super friendly.

heard they had new management so i gave this place a try. Sweet & Clean rooms. New management will make sure your needs are met. 5 star place

We liked the location. & the shopping. the parking was good.

The cost Mold,ants, & the bedbugs.Also the leaky bath room. The manager as never available to guests

The lady was checking me in was rude, she was screaming at her son , she was outside the facility, so I asked kindly,nicely, gently, with a big smile; Excuse me where is the office? Where can I check in?? And she responded, Right here!!! Right now!!! To me!!! And she asked my name and then she walked inside the facility and came back with a little paper to write my car info and number of my room, and handed it to me.. and boom!!! She left in a hurry with her 5-7 year old her son back to her room of the other side where I stayed. No thank you or anything. But I said/told her Thank you kindly with my soft voice. She was like unbothered or did not care. So obviously, I did not feel that I was in a special place that cared for guests , but I felt like I was renting a boarding house or a dorm. Jason at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The property is going through renovations however it didn’t make my stay bothersome. It’s just what I needed for one night on my road trip.

It ok, basic place

NOTHING. our reservation was cancelled less than 3 hours before arrival, staff was rude and acted like they did me a favor issuing a refund that takes 14 days to get, for their problem. Then hanging up on me when I was trying to ask them about alternate lodging options. I would have been charged fees for canceling short notice on them, they offered nothing to make it right, no alternative lodging, no future credit nothing!! Just expecting 8 people who booked 2 rooms to sleep in a car for the weekend!

We liked the location.Never had a breakfast, the office was never open until after 11:00 The bathroom had major leaks,the floor was always wet.The carpet was moldy inplaces,so were the window seal & places on the walls. First there were ants, & then bed bugs.

It was awesome for the price and location!

Not bad if you're looking to sleep and shower, but don't expect much more than that.

The place was pretty good my only complaints were no AC so you have to sleep with the window open and traffic is LOUD! Second thing no blow dryer 😆 the only time I don’t bring mine and there wasn’t one. 100% impressed with no sand imbedded into the carpet so I didn’t have sand all over in the bed ❤️

The hardwood floors were really dirty, and it was obvious the floors had not been swept in between the last stay and ours. There were around 5 people who were outside of the room, in the parking lot, who were smoking and it was coming into our room.

Staff was nice Bad lighting. Uncomfortable bed with poor quality pillows and blankets. One of the light switches scratched my arm because it had sharp plastic.

The king bed was comfortable except it was very tall. I had to use the chair to climb into it. The smell was awful! It was so strong that it plugged my sinuses. It was a clean smell but VERY VERY VERY overwhelming. I had a rough time trying to sleep. Half way through the night I realized it was the carpet. The room had been steam cleaned and was not completely dry. I did not use the shower when I saw rust stains on the bottom. The chair for the table was very stained and I did not feel comfortable using it. There was not a night stand on both sides of the bed.... very inconvenient if 2 guests use c pap machines. The remote for the tv did not control the volume or to turn it on /off. You had to manually turn the TV on and off

Location and price was affordable for simply having a place to sleep and was able to bring pets. No real office to enter into although there is an "office". I had to call a number and a guy came out of a random room to give me a key. Not really personable.

The room smelled like old and pine sal. The mini fridge needed cleaned. Shower was small so if you are a little bit on bigger side it was difficult to move around. The couch and the blanket had stains.
