The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were many stores, restaurants, and attractions within a short drive. The value was great. In plan to stay there again if I travel to the Newport area.

Room was nice however the AC did not cool the room. Id open the window to cool but there was no screen so bugs would get in. Also room smelled musty. Other than that stay was ok

The only issue was the road noise, but there's not much that can be done.

Jason went above & beyond in helping us.. and we really appreciated the free dog biscuits in the lobby. Our dog mochi was very appreciative!!!

The manager Jason was awesome, I had a very nice clean and quiet stay. The room had been freshly remodeled. Very nice location. Easy parking too.

The bathrooms were nicely appointed Although the Mirror was placed at an awkward spot that made things difficult for us taller guests. My room needed a little longer on the cleaning time evidently after the last guest as the floors were not taken care of and was quite sticky and I would have preferred a smoking room over whatever caused the over ripe fruity smell in my room. Something moldy, a previous guest, the hotel cleaning products, I dont know but after a good airing out, and a plenty of hot steam from the shower helping, it was managable.

The room itself was certainly not a luxury place (we went in and looked at it and even pulled back the covers, etc before we realized there was no AC). I would probably give it an overall 2 star rating,

It was closer to the attractions we wanted to see The lock was broken, and it wasn't overly clean. The shower curtain was 10 inches too short, so we had to wipe up a lot of water. The floor was sticky, and felt unclean on the feet. But the beds were clean. It would have been nice to have a fan of any sort, as the want one in the room.

Staff was very nice! I got to my room and it smelled like someone's very stinky shoe. I tried airing out the room, but it didn't help much, as I could smell the stink all night. Very sad, as if they just replaced the carpet, fixed the deadlock and put a screen on the window with a lock on, it would have been a pleasant stay.
