Shower drain was clogged. Window screen torn up, bugs came in. Upstairs unit, and I struggled with luggage due to a broken ankle.

The complementary breakfast was very nice and makes a big difference in saving time and skipping an ok fast food meal. There is also a Keurig installed in the room. Very comfy bed and friendly Management. Location is within walking distance of restaurants, beach and a big grocery store. The parking is tight, but if you have a mint condition vehicle or a F250 Super Duty with a trailer, there are extra larger spaces you could finesse or park on the street.

The walls are all dirty and the exhaust fan is very dusty and there is black mold on the window surround.

The office manager was very kind! We also had a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, dish soap, and a sponge. The shower was also very hot with good water pressure. There were a few mystery stains on chains and on the walls.

Lots of parking Room was not very clean and had an odor. Box fan was very dirty.

The owner Lee upgraded us which was nice. This location is great! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Laundry available on-site! Had a hard time getting hot water

The service and cleanliness. The Continental breakfast offers were not so good. Low quality danishes. The beds are higher than I have experienced in a hotel. The upholstered furniture in the room, which was the chair and bench at the end of the beds as well as the carpet, were badly stained. If rectified, it would be a very nice room.

I will never go there ever again. Reserved a room, they gave it away. I was stuck at 1:30 a.m. without a room. Then they wouldn't refund my money. No room, No pay, but no, they keepth. Finally, Hotel.com refunded my money. But this Rodeway Inn at Newport does not get my stamp of support or approval. Save yourself the hardship, spend a little more and be guaranteed of a room.

All room critical functionalities were fully operational. And don’t expect anything more than that. Staff was nice enough to assist in every possible way. This too was booked at a last minute on memorial weekend and very pricey for the degraded quality of the stay in small town of Newport, OR.
