7 Nights Stay

I didn't like the staff at all; they just say, "You booked through Booking, so you have to resolve any issues with them." Booking.com says breakfast is included, but the place claims it isn't; they also charge $10—cash only—for parking. On top of that, the place was very dirty, with hair and spiders, and the sheets had blood-like stains; when I reported it, they told me it wasn't blood but rather makeup.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service! We checked in late at night, and it was no trouble at all. We received our room keys right away and were able to get into our rooms without any delay. When we misplaced our room key, they quickly helped us get a replacement, even at that late hour. Plus, we decided to travel last minute for the long weekend and scored an amazing deal! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location, staff amazing A bit dated but all functional

Beds were comfortable. A bathroom and wall seperates the two beds providing more privacy. There were two desks and two TVs. A/C was present near both beds and provided good temperature control while making minimal noise. Shower water was hot. The location was excellent and the best part of this hotel. The outside of the hotel/motel looks rundown and needs some rennovation to look more appealing. The bathroom and tub need to be rennovated as there is significant erosion of the tub and flooring. There was only one trash can in the whole room and no paper towels. No coffee machine in the room and the hotel did not provide breakfast despite claiming it was provided. Parking was an extra $10 for each day.

Place was good. The reception was okay. Owner is nice. Location is really good. Good price! Neighbors a bit loud but it didn't gf. There was like 3 parties going on during our stay. Parking was full. Some people are sitting on the parking spots.
