The reception staff were welcoming and patient, taking the time to kindly clarify a few things we had initially misunderstood. Their genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Dave, the property’s handyman. He was always nearby, friendly, courteous, personable, and happy to help whenever needed. His positive attitude added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was clean, well maintained, and the perfect temperature for refreshing playtime for the kids. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of Clifton Hill and all the attractions, restaurants, and activities that make Niagara Falls so enjoyable. Having parking directly outside our room made unpacking, packing, check-in, and check-out incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the early check-in, which gave us an entire extra day to enjoy the sights without having to interrupt our plans. While this is an older-style motel, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was equipped with a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, and two comfortable beds, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. What truly stood out was the heart behind this place. It’s clear that the people here genuinely care about their guests and work hard to provide a welcoming, affordable, and enjoyable experience. Sometimes it isn’t about luxury, it’s about feeling cared for, comfortable, and making wonderful memories. This property delivered exactly that Any concerns someone might have about the property are more than reflected in the price. You truly get what you pay for, and in our case, we received far more than we expected.

It was very convenient at walking distance to Falls. I like at front desk a senior man very polite and humble who welcomed us very warmly and had given us a really nice room. Would definitely visit again in future. Everything was all good. Only suggestion I will make is that there should be more choice to breakfast. We were not able to take even a cup of coffee because you would have to wait in line to receive breakfast from a man who was serving himself. So we end up going out for breakfast.

Cleaning is importance

The facility was really close to Clifton Hill and all of the attractions. The property is older and could be updated.

We had a pleasant stay at the property, rooms were clean and hotel owners were very accommodating for check in and check out hours. Light breakfast is included and you can always count on coffee ;) There is an outdoor pool as well. Parking is cheap compared to other options around and the proximity to the falls is a huge advantage since we could walk to all attractions!

Close to downtown Nothing

Nothing. It was not value for money. It looked dirty. It felt unsafe. They charged $10 for car parking in spite of having plethora of parking available. The worst was breakfast.
