Niagara Falls Courtside Inn

The room was dirty, debris on the floor, dirty shower, door frame was broke and door wouldn't close all the way. Just run down and no care for upkeep.

It was clean, but the rooms smelled awful, like the smell of carpet, I think. I don't know, it smelled really bad, which made the stay uncomfortable.

I had a bad experience I book the room from booking . Com I don’t get a same room when I was in a property who work in a front desk he say he don’t have a same room and he asked me to get other room and paid extra $30 then I paid $30 to get different room Don’t get room whatever I book they told me to add $30 and I told them I don’t want he say go home but I need a stay because my mom was so tired she need a rest that’s why I have to paid extra $30

Staff very friendly at the desk. Very clean room and renovated bathroom, everything looks good and clean for the price and excellent location. You can walk to Clifton Hill.

I liked that the floors were tile instead of carpet. Shower pressure was fantastic. For the price we paid and only staying for a few hours to get some sleep it was great! Front desk lady was great. Cable was decent. Low parking fee. Visible dust on tables. Two extra pillows would have been nice but I understand one queen usually comes with 2 at least. Toilet paper sitting on back of toilet instead of on a holder. There was no bar to hold the toilet paper on the holder at all. Would have preferred a side table on the other side of the bed with an outlet but not a deal breaker. Wifi though it said we were connected, we weren’t.

Convenient to walk to places The room I got was dirty ,no towels in bathroom,bottles from previous guests,microwave,table and dresser looked like haven’t be wiped for weeks .Looked like mildew on bottom of bed.the tub was disgusting .Ask for a different room due to the dirty room I was givenn and I got attitude and was told there are no other room available whiles there is a empty parking lot and lots of empty rooms that cleaners left the door open so I can see there are empty rooms.I didn’t pay for the refundable booking that’s why I didn’t just leave how bad it was.I asked for my room to be clean and towels the woman at front desk got extremely frustrated and upset and I never received my room clean for the two days I stayed.Would never book at this hotel again

No breakfast. Room was dirty. Carpet was filthy. We had to ask for toilet paper. No face cloths. There was a large party next to us and the adjoining rooms. Noise all night.

Absolutely nothing It was filthy, no heat, dirty sheets and towels. Everything covered in dirt and dust. Bathroom filthy.

I visited nigara with my 2 families this hotel was literally bad i don't know why is listing on booking.com i use booking.com a lot of times but this time I'm very disappointing

I liked being within walking distance of the Falls. The man who helped us was very pleasant. It was nice to be able to swim in the pool. The bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have some hooks or a place to hang wet towels and suits. The lock on the doorknob was tricky and it took a few attempts to get in. The building would like nicer with a fresh paint job on the exterior. I would’ve liked to have a hair dryer.

Location was perfect nothing

Left my charger and some other stuff and was able to pick it up after work

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly It wasn’t very clean. They could put more effort into cleanliness and it wasn’t as close to Clifton hill as I wanted.
