Location - close to the falls, restaurants, etc

I think the location was great and close to everything. I have nothing negative to say. The property was what we were looking for to visit the area.

Good location. Within walking to all the Niagara Falls attractions . Staff was nice and friendly. Very poorly maintained. Broken stairs. Bathroom door barely closed. Basically no tv unless you had an account to access Crave or Netflix. Expensive.

There was a random sock right next to our bed that didn’t belong to us. Honestly it was very disappointing. The room was so dark, microwave didn’t work at all we had to tell them to bring in another one. There wasn’t enough outlets so we had to put it on the floor to heat our food. The receptionist was nice but this place was so so bad

It was unseasonably warm while we were here so one of the best things about the room is the air conditioning—it was amazing and blew very cold air! Wi-Fi was decent. Shower had good water pressure and ample quantities of hot water. The room was relatively clean even if showing its age. Bed wasn’t amazing but it was sufficiently comfortable and paired with the AC made for good sleeping. Fridge/microwave were nice. The location is a mixed bag—it’s somewhat industrial but the proximity to Clifton Hill and the Falls is outstanding. Area seems a little questionable but we never felt unsafe. You can walk 1.5 miles and be at the crest of Horseshoe Falls. Check in was very pleasant. The nightly rate for the holiday weekend was somewhat inflated but still much better than other options in the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. Slightly noisy through walls and ceiling but not terrible. Parking initially seemed a little tight but actually worked out fine. A comfy chair would have been a bonus.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is clean and good water pressure. Staff at the front desk was always available. I asked for a paper cup (as there were none in the room) and got 4 immediately. The walls and ceiling are not well sound insulated. We could hear people above as if they were in our room. I used ear plugs at night. There were 2 TVs in the room. One did not work and we could not change channels in the other one as the remote control did not work.

The rooms are cleaned very well. Everything is really comfortable. Although near the main street, the location is really quiet at night. The owner is really professional and friendly, also he is very helpful
