The staff is nice. Good breakfast option. Prince helped us out to make sure we got a place to stay.

Location to walk ( 15-20 minutes)to see the Niagara Falls Smelly room, old linens and bare thread towels , crowded and dirty breakfast room and poor quality of food for breakfast.

The general cleaning and Aunt's everywhere

Air quality and ants. Breakfast donuta stale.

Bad smell along the hall way and the room. Didn't provide enough towels for the family The room was not clean,dust in the table,the rug was unclean.

There some small things that make customers happy but it doesn’t cost a lot to hotel budget like you have iron press tea teapots breakfast but the the price is a little bit higher Every thing was perfect but if your stuff focus on more cleaning

I liked the proximity to the Falls and local stores. I found the parking situation to be unexpected and stress-inducing. You must fight for a spot between Mosque patrons next door and other hotel guests. This wasn’t brought to my attention beforehand and would definitely alter my chances of staying here again. Also the water kettle in the room had mold growth in it. The bedsheets weren’t the cleanest but again you get what you pay for.

They offer free parking but if you’re out exploring late and come back parking can be hard to get.

Plenty of light in the room. Plugs for devices & charging. Helpful, kind, friendly, patient and then you can go staff Comfortable bed with pillow choices Spacious room On 3rd floor your room has an outside patio, but just a chair there. No decent view, but access to fresh air. Breakfast was included. Coffee/tea and refrig available in the room. Wheelchair accessible front door Carpet may need a refresh. Parking is available but limited. Not within walking distance to restaurants. Decent bfast options, but no hot eggs, meats, or potatoes.

All the perfect. We loves our stay. The rooms are clean and smells good. The staff are nice and smiling always. And the breakfast was excellent. Nothing

Property is run down. Stayed on the main floor and car lights and other lights were flashing in through the blinds late at night.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. A bit of a walk to Table rock, but very doable and safe.

Dated room, too expensive for the condition of the room.

Nothing It was dirty and felt very uncomfortable to be at. The floors were sticky, the rooms and the halls smelled, and there were stains on everything. The hallways floors were so dirty.

It’s cheaper compared to other hotels there’s no free water available during the breakfast time.
