Set up awkward going to room Breakfast items

Noisy at nighttime. Didn’t realize parking $30 extra

Travelled with 9 family members, 4 rooms, great Location, comfy beds, friendly staff, breakfast food was actually very tasty, good coffee to start the morning, water available. Very clean hotel, public parking across the street, walking distance to all the Niagara sights, quieter spot to rest and close restaurants especially Vinny's Italian restaurant. Small breakfast seating area, get there before 8am!

Paid parking

Overall the hotel is good. The personal is helpfull and friendly. I stayed in a double queen bed room and it was comfty, clean and big enough for two people. Breakfast is fair, the lines could be long depending on the hour.

I had to pay fir parking

Location was good Room was small. Bathroom small and shower didn’t work very well. Very noisy until 10:30 PM VERY EXPENSIVE for what you got.

TV and internet were horrible

Having to pay an extra fee for parking was silly. I have never payed for parking while staying in a hotel.

The property is ideally located, facing the Horseshoe Falls, which is steps away. The view is pleasant, and there is a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the evening breeze (during warm weather) while you watch the night view of the city and Skylon tower and casino nearby. There is a lovely restaurant conveniently located adjacent to the property. The room was very clean. The bathroom is split into the area with bath and toilet, and a large area for grooming, large mirror, counter and lighting. The bedroom area integrates the living room, and although there is a sofa and a table, there were no chairs which made it necessary to move the table in order to use it, towards the sofa. The breakfast area was well stocked, but a bit tight as many people came in groups to have breakfast at the same time.

For the price it is not Luxe. It is too expensive

It’s is very near with the falls The receptionist is not accommodating and looks like she’s not happy with her work. Also the girl assisting during the breakfast. She’s not welcoming. The room is a looks like an old place and the smell is not good

Location The air conditioner didn't work and the staff told us "well it's hot out and it will cool down later" also the bathroom light kept flickering on and off.

The carpet was very dirty didn’t have enough plug-in spots for electric cars

Close to the falls and lots of places to rat in walking distance

Location, view Beds are small, breakfast area is very small to accommodate guests.

Room was clean View was not good as it was in the back of the hotel.

Clean, easy access to venue and restaurants. Very reasonable resolution of charges after our concert was cancelled and we checked out of the hotel. A bit dated.

Outdoor pool and location were nice. It wasn’t a very clean and inviting place. It’s obvious Things are not kept up to date when wear and tear occurs. Rooms weren’t the most inviting/clean. Pool/hot tub area wasn’t the very clean feeling. Dining area for breakfast was chaos and not up to par. Very disappointed in the place as it was not what the pictures show (make it seem much nicer and cleaner).

It is an older property that needs to be upgraded.
