Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls, ON

Good location, comfortable stay, friendly staff Breakfast is below average. The so called mush (scrambled eggs) were terrible. Not edible at all. There was bacon/pork both days. Hotel should consider adding beef/chicken/ turkey options to include everyone. Breakfast needs a major upgrade. The rooms also need to be updated, furniture and fixtures are extremely old.

Bedrooms were comfy. Pool was open and appeared to be clean. Bad neighborhood apparently. Our car was broken into and our bags were stolen. Hotel does not have video footage.

Location was great. We could walk to most things. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable.

The staff was excellent, we really enjoyed the time we were there. Thank you for your hospitality

Where should I start from, the customer service rep were exceptional with the way they act and addresses customers and the rooms were cosy and fresh and also very close the niagara falls hub. The environment was clean . The only problem I have is they couldn't get us the rooms close to each other.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a good selection of foods. The 2 staff members at the desk, when we arrived, (Late afternoon, July 25th) were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great~ close enough to attractions, but not so close as to be too noisy. We liked everything about the hotel- there was not a stopper for the tub, but I am sure we could have asked at the front desk to get one.

The location 15 minutes walking from kids entertainment area and restaurants and 20-25 minutes from the falls. The staff was very friendly and kind and the kitchen even made us packed food boxes with breakfast on our last days since we had to leave early for the flight. There were no option to open the window but we understood that's the way with all rooms

The room was great, the breakfast very nice and the location very convenient. A little more table availability at breakfast would be nice.

Location is excellent Staff were good Nice restaurants at walking distance Clifton hills is a 5 min walk Breakfast was dissapointing. It was cold mostly and had very few options. Low value for the money we paid.

Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't enough seating; we had to stand while those eating left. Request wasn't fulfilled

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad and mostly in line with what you would expect for this style of hotel. The surrounding area isn't the nicest to look at. Best to just use it as the place you sleep and spend the rest of the day out and about.

Good location for the activities. No complaints.
