My husband and I came here to celebrate our 7yr wedding anniversary. Our first time to Canada and will surely not be the last. From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt like welcomed guests and it was very much appreciated! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the entire experience made us appreciate all that this beautiful place has to offer. Thank you for such a lovely time!

Hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient. Very long wait times for elevators. Suspect several were out of service so this may not always be the case. Requested a high floor when booking the hotel but when checking in was told you don't want a high floor because you would have to stand right at the window and look down to see the falls. The hotel is a fair distance back from the falls and this comment insults your intelligence.

The location and view of the falls was excellent! The breakfast was very good and the staff were great. Next time we plan to stay longer. We had difficulty getting the elevator. One of the three elevators used for floors 19-23 was unavailable. As a result, we waited up to 5 minutes to catch the elevator and ended up walking down 23 flights of stairs.
