Bathroom Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel looked very nice in the photos, but the reality was quite different. When we arrived, our room was not as clean as we expected, and the overall condition did not match what was shown online. The front desk service was also not very welcoming or helpful. When you travel to Niagara Falls and pay for a hotel based on the photos and the room you selected, you expect to receive what you booked and to be treated with good customer service. Overall, the location may be convenient, but unfortunately the cleanliness, room assignment, and customer service did not meet our expectations.

The room was spacious, clean. The bathrooms were updated and beautiful. The location was great! We had an amazing view of the falls. The parking. I know that once the staff gave you the parking pass that you can park anywhere on the premises but parking was still a little tight

Clean, nice place ! Great location – literally a 10–15 minute walk from the Skylon Tower or the falls. The hotel is of a very high standard, with comfortable beds and bathrooms that are relatively new and spotless. Very friendly staff Restaurant is close to early and definitely wasn’t cheap…

Everything was great. Sabrina at the front desk was really amazing. A big shout out to her!! The pillows weren't comfortable at all. Completely sunk in.
