Nothing was exceptional, the washroom was recently redone, maybe that would be the highlight. Room was dated, with need for immediate upgrade, blinds dont roll up, wallpaper peeling off from walls.

View of Canadian falls and river, American falls is obscured by other hotels. Walkable to breakfast places and Fallsview Casino. Rainhead or handheld shower options. Stayed in room 1538 top corner with best view. Overcharged for parking. Their overflow parking said $30. When I paid they did not provide receipt. When I checked out they did not provide receipt for stay. My credit card now shows a charge for $50.85. I message them on booking.com, nobody has responded for FOUR DAYS. *DO NOT* use their parking or pay by CASH only. It is a shame this ruined what would otherwise have been a nice stay and nobody has responded to my message for four days.

False advertising felt like there was two different hotels with two different star ratings we are on the small side of the hotel, which felt like false advertisement as soon as we checked in and seen the room, we tried to cancel our reservation

Location was pretty close to the fall. Also the bathroom was clean and newly remodeled. Very disappointed with the cleanliness—the AC vent was dirty with breadcrumbs inside, and the sofa was also dirty, although the bathroom was very clean and newly remodeled.

The shower was slippery and a bit dangerous for my elderly mother. The view of the falls was minimal but expected based on other reviews. Parking was a bit expensive but again, expected based on other reviews.
