We loved the location, the views, the Juliet balcony, and the room overall. We liked that it connected to the casino, parking, and several restaurants. We also liked that it was very convenient to the We-Go bus line. The elevators were not working properly for 4 of the days we were there. The staff did their best to help, and management did waive some of our parking fees to compensate, which we appreciated. If the elevators had been working properly, I would have scored the facilities a much higher rating. I also thought the buffet food was only mediocre for the cost.

The location was excellent and made it very convenient to enjoy the Falls and surrounding attractions. Our room was comfortable, and spacious, and the view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to the beautiful Falls view made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, especially after the first night when housekeeping serviced the room. The shower did not appear to be cleaned, the room itself was not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets were not arranged properly. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a higher level of attention to cleanliness and housekeeping. This was the main negative aspect of our stay. I also informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my wife’s and daughter’s birthdays, and I was told a note would be added to our reservation and that the front desk would do their best to make the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, nothing was done or acknowledged during our stay, which was disappointing.

Location is great—only about a 3-minute walk to the falls, and the staff were very nice and friendly. I was very disappointed with the quality of the room. As soon as we walked in, there was a noticeable musty/moldy smell, and the carpet seemed quite dusty. The soundproofing was extremely poor. We could hear noises from the room next door very clearly, even when they moved or bumped the bed against the wall. We could also hear the toilet flushing and shower water running next door, which was very loud and disturbing.
