The water park passes were offered as a package. Perkins was within the hotel. Clifton hill, casino and the falls were all within walking distance. Slow elevators, room had no exterior view, hallways conditions looked outdated, limited parking.

The only think I like it is closed to the kids place The aircon is so noisy and the coffee machine is dirty the bed are noisy

I like that its pretty quiet I didnt like that it states free cot and then when i asked for one, they said i would have to pay per night for it. There isnt much offered from this hotel, as in food. I didnt find that there was enough blankets on bed, they were thin.

Nothing The staff took forever to do anything. Elevators didn't work. Don't get towels for the water parks. No direction how to get them. Don't do the door for my daughter's 9 bday that I called ahead about. And the hotel called the staff twice for it. And nothing.

Was clean Staff at front desk are off putting and side conversations seemed to take precedence over room set up.

Room had a bad smell , and was very noisy all night and none of us got any sleep. Paying for parking was a little bit of a problem for me

When we arrived there, the cleaners were cleaning some other rooms and they left dirty towels and sheet sets on the floor in front of the rooms and they made a terrible view for the hotel! Just imagine when you enter the hotel, you stay for the first time and find dirty towels and sheet sets on the floor and smell bad !
