The door is too stiff—even my wife can't open it... and for such a prestigious hotel they shouldn’t have let one of their room to be occupied with that condition even though they let us checked in early in the morning but that’s not enough reason.

Location is great, breakfast was very good with a beautiful vue on the falls. Elevators took too long to arrive. Rooms are a bit tight.

Ok view of the falls. The room was small and the bathroom tiny! Could hardly sit on the toilet the sink was so close.

Check in time was not available for the perfect time We’re suffering two hours more with a special kids,it’s very unpredictable.Room is not properly clean and air conditioning is not working good.

Facility and property overall was fine no issues For our room…the Room had major dust accumulations looking like it was wood dust shavings closer to rope corner window curtains areas. That contractor work was complete but no one cleaned up afterwards! Also the room AC wasn’t getting much cooler that 15c so it was warmer inside than expected!

Nice hotel and location Love the Starbucks inside the hotel Like how close we were to Clifton hill Room was very small. Bathroom in the room was very tiny. There was no closet to hang up jackets/sweaters. Pillows were too soft.

First thing I’d like to say is the staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed The location was great a block off the main strip, which was nice. The view in our room was fantastic. We got to watch the Falls. When I first arrived, I was taking my shoes off, and I stepped on a shard of glass I don’t blame the cleaners as glass is tricky and embedded itself into the carpet We called front desk. They came and changed my sheet because I had gotten a drop of blood on it and vacuumed. The carpet offered me first aid service, which I did not need very attentive.
