Horrible service

I booked a reservation with establishment. They charged me a deposit to keep it for me. I caught an Uber to get there and the office was locked and nobody was there in the office. One of the tenants came up to me and advised that the electricity was cut off. Not a very wello maintaned property at all. Not to be rude, but the people that stayed there were all outside due to the power being shut off, and some of those people I would not want to meet after dark. Nothing positive about that place.

It was Okay I had a problem but was handled.

Location & staff. Small, broken, dirty, roaches. Loud, kids running around outside undressed, Left the first night.

There is no breakfast,I was happy with everything and everyone.The staff was friendly helpful,they worked hard to keep the place kept and seem to work really well together. I think pricing could be a little better,that's all

For the most part the staff was very friendly and helpful with all necessary information and communication to make sure everything was in order. The room was comfortable and I didn’t have any issues

Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back

Beyond expectations. Especially with what’s in the area . They make sure that everything is up to standard and cleanliness! The weekly inspections . The thought of someone going into my room when I’m not home . I was always working so I wasn’t there for the inspections .

Staff was very nice. Roaches Roaches roaches!! So many roaches!

Comfort of the beds, location, and staff 1) The cleaning portion and maintaining the facility is expensive; and 2) I also believe little to no renovations have taken place in the last 5-8 years as the main issue if there is one.

It's all good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the housekeepers are very nice and accommodating. Very quiet and friendly guest. Could use a hotel dolley cart to bring luggage or things into the room. Other than that I see nothing I don't like able this Stay.

Location. Easy convince to nearby stores and resturants. Feel safe No companies. Satisfactiry.

Staff is kind and room was spacious but stove does not work in any of the rooms we in; had to buy cooking equipment (crockpot and dual stove eye) to make food and price was still premium.

I was charged for a night's stay unexpectedly, and when I arrived there was no availability. They refused to refund my money.

All was satisfactory No problems
