Super 8 by Wyndham Norcross/I-85 Atlanta

Cons: The hotel claims to offer breakfast, but it isn't really breakfast—just coffee, sliced ​​bread, and cookies. I stayed for 10 days, and no one came into the room to clean or change the towels. We had the same towels every day. I ran out of toilet paper and had to go get some from the front desk.

The hotel was cleaned but not enough towels, tissue. We were out of the rooms most of the day we had to leave dirty towels outside of the door and they were not replaced good things because has our own towels. The advertisement.was wrong because I needed handicap accessories and I was placed on the second floor and also they showed a put out sofa and my room did not have one which I needed. I’m not sure if I will stay there again

Room was clean a bit busted 2x4 behind door, bathroom door was a bit busted almost got locked inside. Not breakfast was served and well at least parking was decent. Could use a bit more TLC IN THE ROOMS

Horrible horrible and no real breakfast here. Upon arrival. Myself and another hotel guest waited 20 minutes at front desk while rep finished their morning spiritual practice. Was charged a $25. Early check in fee. Got to the room to find that it didn't have the amenities we were promised no microwave no fridgerator, TV channels were not working properly as the audio was skipping like a broken record on a phono player and the worst, ran to the restroom in a hurry only to find out after it was too late that there was no running water. Spoke with eh front desk who stated they would get us a microwave and a fridge and that apparently the city was repairing a water main. No other information was provided by the representative at the front desk this was at 10am approx. By 7 no updates as to anything no microwave no fridge, no water. Spoke with the evening shift person and they were able to get me a fridge but had no idea that we were without. Still no update regarding water which we went without out the entire stay running water, no microwave and no functional tv. Hmmmm after speaking with Wyndham they stated proper procedure would have been to assist us with locating a different property of theirs as running water in a requirement not to mention the other issues. We attempted to get our refund of course after staying on a room in which we had to spend money on water to see if we could flush the toilet which didn't work and had to stay with that biohazard the entire no refumd.

Room was clean and nice but breakfast ain’t have nun to drink only coffee had orange juice machine but it don’t work I ask for water they told me $1….like really and you see I don’t have anything to wash the food down.!!!!!only had waffle and cereal no eggs no sausage no grits

Parking was good. The pool was closed. The water in the pool was algae green.

Nice quiet area, lovely big rooms. Lots of parking. 2 different cereals, muffins, toast for breakfast. Our microwave in room didn't work, told staff and they let us use the one in breakfast area No safe in the room

No POOL

TV did not work. Phone did not have a cable connected to it. Cockroach in room. Although only esthetics; the entire room and bathroom had patches in door and walls and several types of damage on furniture and walls. Breakfast was not as displayed on the Orbitz site. Breakfast only had 3 food items: white bread, small cheap muffins and 2 types of cold cereal. The receptionist stated hot meals (waffles) were only during the weekends. The early morning receptionist stated she had heard the cockroach complaint before but not the other issues. She said she could not help me with the room issues and the next employee would have to handle it. I had appointments to make and couldn't wait for the next employee. Later that evening I spoke with the new receptionist and all she would offer me was to change rooms. I asked about a discount, and she said I had to bring in up with the Manager. She gave me a card for the manager (email only) and stated I needed to send an email. I was skeptical since I did not receive a response to my text the day before. With only one night remaining, I felt it was too much trouble to have to pack everything up to move to another unknown room.

Nothing When I first pulled the sheets back about 4 roaches ran from under it. The carpet stinks. It’s just nasty. Lots of prostitution.
