Roaches everywhere. Very unclean, had to ask for toilet paper for the room. Fridge didn't work so we weren't able to keep our food and drinks cold for the weekend. Only had a window unit for a/c instead of a mini split. We had it turned all the way down and still slept on top of the covers and woke up sweating.

They keep putting me in a room with the shower or outlet messed up even if I come early it’s terrible no matter how nice you be to the staff they are intentionally placing you in rooms with intricate issues smh and I been booking for months.

I don’t understand the horrible ultra thin bedding and the lack of cleaning to the bathroom and sink hardware. Looks like it was smeared with everyone’s fingerprints for a whole year. Not a clean bathtub. Hate having to touch the shower fixtures with my hand and the tub had a slimy feel.

I have been away since the spring and returned to Atlanta recently for my birthday but to my surprise there is new staff that automatically brought me back to the previous issues I have had with the staff here first asked for a deposit I responded that I never payed a deposit before here for a non smoking room was just an insult then an more seasoned employee stepped in and assisted them but that employee wasn’t here this time and shouldn’t have to be present to get proper service this room has mold dirty microwave and refrigerator but the staff member that asked if I’m by myself or not only concerned with whether a African American is in a smoke free room or not but not my concerns

I had a pleasant stay at Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Norcross. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
