I didn't get to go because of incident lost my money

The room looked nothing like the website! Walls &ceilings were dirty, toilet was loose, door was hard to open but could see through the door on the side, and the beds were smaller than the website! People hanging outside all times of the night and it did not make my daughter, my mother, nor I felt safe so we left at 12am!

The rate of the room was definitely reasonable. The cleanliness of the room desired much. The breakfast was lacking. However, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean and to me that was what I needed for that time.

The kitchen area, the bed. It was very comfortable.. I did not like having no TV service in the first room, 2nd room, 3rd room and 2nd room the shower spigot sprayed water up on the wall onto the bathroom floor. After going through the rooms I went back to roo. #2. And my family and I made do. The clerk gave me 30%off. Then, I had on brand new socks and the floor was soooo filthy. I couldn't believe how dirty the floor was. I took some disinfectant wipes and wiped the floor down in the areas where my family was walking upon andI took a hand towel to dry the floor some and the floor still had DIRT coming up on the hand towel. I took the evidence to the office and the manager took my room # down and told me it would be taken care of. The maid came and clean next door. When she finished the room she started pushing her cart to 145. So, I asked her if she can do only the floor. She said yes. She took the same dirty towel that she used in 143, swept the floor, then used the dirty towel on my room floor with broom. I suggest swifter mop with the pads that comes with it.

Just to much bs with the staff

La habitación estaba totalmente sucia, paredes todas manchadas, la pintura del techo en mal estado, el inodoro estaba suelto, el piso todo sucio con pegatinas pegadas en el piso. Tuve que comprar productos de limpieza para poder pasarla mejor. No lo recomiendo. El servicio de limpieza no fue a diario a limpiar.El baño siempre tenia un olor a cigarrillo. Se me paso tomar fotos y videos, es la habitación 161.

Moldy fridge and microwave Dirty bed skirts

Parking is free. It is close to water country , colonial Williamsburg

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom door rotted. Tub had so much scum it was flaking off. Very musty smell.

THE DOOR AND WINDOW SEALS ARE NOT TIGHT, THE PEOPLE NEXT DOOR CAME OUT TO SMOKE THEIR POT AND IT WAS SUCKED INTO MY ROOM. I HAD TO TELL THEM TO MOVE OR STOP

I like that it was close to the airport The property is outdated and really needs a deep cleaning and renovation

The place is a dump. Walls were dirty. Shower curtain full of stains. If you want to stay at an uncomfortable hotel, this is your pick.

First night of arriving to the hotel, my family and I were traveling and we booked online. We were on the road for about 12 hours when we got to the room. It was late at night so we really didn’t pay attention to the room cause we’re just trying to get in and go to sleep the next morning I got up. It was mold all over the ceiling. It was mowed all over the lampshade. The bathroom was trifling the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out. It was here all in the tub and I’m not talking about hair from your head. The next morning, I went down and complaint. They did move me to a different room. It was a little better however, I don’t think I would ever book with them again because why would you put somebody in a room that was that nasty my first impression was everything and I was not happy.

Very clean and staff was very nice and pleasant. It was very nice they had a little construction but they kept it very clean.

Nothing. Staff seemed nice A lot of people yelling and slamming doors throughout the night. Woke up to the room moist like someone just took a shower, bathtub/shower was dirty so we did not use. My brother also had a room and woke up to the ceiling leaking on him while he slept

It was priced way too high for the quality
