Residence Inn by Marriott Norfolk Airport

The hotel was great and clean. The breakfast was good and hot everyone enjoyed the fact that it was different each morning. We would definitely use this hotel again!

Room smelled like dog and the never sent housekeeping to deodorize after multiple requests. Huge stair on bedroom curtain blood, bbq sauce...I have no idea. The pullout sofa mattress was full of stains and all the springs were felt. The pillows in the bedroom were so dirty it was brown. I think they give the worse room when you book through a 3rd party. They gave me points for my troubles

I was so shocked after returning from 4 years to see the amazing renovation. The updates are very welcoming. The hotel looks Amazing!!! The staff was very friendly.

We had a nice family time at this place. They have good amenities. Breakfast is served every morning. It's clean and just what we needed to have a wonderful time at this place.

Location Very dated. Carpet worn and dirty. Pans need a good cleaning. Cabinets nets sticky. Our window overlooked a wall. Ugh.

Great location, super clean, good breakfast and super nice staff Wish there was s hot tub but there wasn't anything we didn't like. It was a perfect week-long stay.

Convenient location for Norfolk airport I prepaid via booking.com, including the taxes. When I left the property recharged me the taxes and despite several attempts to recover this.i got no response from the property at all. Eventually booking.com refunded me the money as even they didn't get any response from the hotel.

Customer service was probably one of these best I’ve ever experienced staying in a hotel in years! Both when I checked in and checked out, the receptionists were both attentive and had amazing attitudes. The room was clean as well. I most definitely will be staying again in the future!

The location, the room size, the breakfast was very good & it was clean. Due to the holiday, the resort was extremely busy, and there were not enough luggage dollies available to accommodate the number of guests. The television was also not functioning properly. Additionally, the dining table was too high for small children and seniors to sit comfortably while eating.

Mix up in the rooms. Employee walked off the job and left customers in the lobby waiting on service. Gave me the incorrect key. Someone else was occupying the first room assigned. There was no hot water. The room was large.

The hotel was close to everything including Walmart and Target. The oceanfront is approximately 20 minutes away. Parking is 10.00 a night. Breakfast is plentiful in the morning from 6am-10am. All the staff is nice. Housekeeping comes every 3 days.
