very clean nice and quiet. missed breakfast but all around amazing hotel

The hotel is very nice, sadly the soundanding neighborhood is a little rough. Car was safe over night,

DON'T STAY HERE. Really dirty rooms. Food crumbs all over the floor. Stains on the walls. A cockroach climbed up from behind the bed, and we woke up with bed bug bites.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

My stay for the week was good .

We had a very clean room! Staff was professional and quick, and breakfast was delicious!! Parking was also very good! Thank you for the big bottles of shampoo with sand in the hair to wash off it come in handy! Lol

Staff wasn't helpful and the rooms were dirty and smelled bad. This location is bad and the photos on the website are way different than on site.

When asked the staff to be moved to another room they stated they didn’t have a replacement and I just had to deal with it. I pointed out on their counter was many more room keys and they can place me in one of those rooms. They quickly said, you have to stay in that room because you are assigned to that room and if you don’t like it you can check out!!!! What kind of customer service is that, spent the next hour with Expedia customer support trying to get a refund for 7 nights. Would not recommend this particular hotel ever!

The AC in the room didn’t work for the first two nights. The tiles in the bathroom had cracks in them. The pain in the shower was peeling. The drawers handles for the dressers were broken. The front entrance to the facility didn’t work properly however, the staff was super super nice and tried to work hard and resolving most of my issues. Had to check out a day early because of these issues. Properties at a great location

Excellent breakfast I was surprised to have real fried eggs-yum!

Arrive @ room: Smelled like someone had smoked in there + deep musty Oder. Requested assistance: Hotel full so no rooms open for transfer, staff promised to bring up an Ozone machine to help with smell. Never happened. Day 2: Shower leaks significant amount of water onto floor. Used most of our towels cleaning up river of water running out of bathroom. Requested Room Service at front desk. Returned later in evening to discover room not made up. Hotel still full, no other room to transfer. Front desk staff did give us Ozone machine after going back down to Front Desk to repeat. Had to go to front desk to get additional towels. Day 3: Requested Room Service again. Shower still leaking. Returned later in evening to find bed made up (linens only), but everything else that room service would have used (restocking toiletries, towels, trash bags - spread across the bedspread, as if they had started cleaning room, got called away, and never came back. I took a stack of 4 pillows down to front desk in order to get pillowcases for them. They were baffled at what housekeeping had done. Day 4: Checked out, but not before noticing food items on the hallway carpet that had never been vacuumed during our entire stay. This is a very poorly managed hotel and *far* below the quality of any other La Quinta property we have stayed in.

Amazing breakfast and staff

The hotel was located conventientaly to my activites this weekend. Staff were helpful and polite.

Receptionist She was very bad at talking. She doesn't have the patience she has to have. I had my baby and she told me that she cried a lot that she didn't want to hear noise. She's not good at talking and being where she is. If she doesn't like to have clients that she doesn't work there . wanted another night but she didn't want to help me

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! Would stay again.
