The staff at the hotel were very nice. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. Hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. Bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. Just two top sheets. The TV remote was covered in actual food. Smells pretty bad of septic. Some maintenance issues like a previous leak in the ceiling that was never repaired and HVAC returned that was sticking out of the wall. The shuttle driver is less than pleasant.

Very clean room, fantastic air conditioning, comfortable beds, and wonderfully attentive staff in the restaurant. Sadly, an early flight prevented us from having breakfast, but the front desk was fully staffed (at 4:00 am) and quickly handled our checkout. Would happily stay there again!

Excellent place to rest when a flight situation occurs

One drawback was Website said shuttle to airport starts at 6 am. When I arrived at Doubletree I was told Shuttle started at 4 AM not 6 am. I could have taken an early flight if the website was correct. That was the only negative

The hotel was very nice for the price. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There were stains in the carpet and no microwave in the room.

The staff was excellent but the room smelled like an old dirty mop. Staff made every effort to correct issue.

The property and hotel were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff could have been friendlier. But overall, good experience. I would stay again.

Front desk staff was amazing. I actually asked to see a room prior to booking and they were so helpful and gracious to do so. The property was clean and the room was clean and smelled clean. I’ll be back!! Great job DoubleTree! - and y’all know the cookies were soooo good!

Great experience. Such nice staff. Grateful to have a restaurant on property. Staff who gave us ride to airport & cruise port were fantastic! Great experience all around!!!!

It was a nice room but the fire alarm kept going off and ruined our morning. We checked out early due to this. The location of the room and the cleanlinest of the rooms

The only issue was the bathroom needed to be cleaned properly. I saw hair shavings on the sink and in the shower. I had to get them to change the pillow case because it smelled like someone already slept on it. Front Desk was polite.

rooms could hear sounds of people on the phone in hall, running up and down halls. Room smelled of bleach. An alarm went off at 6:30 am- no announcements on why alarm was, called front desk - no answer. Turned out to be a fire alarm!!

Very nice rooms! Bedding was great! Restaurant had very good food! Nice staff.
