The bed linen had stains on them when you held them up in light. Shower water didn't get hot. No light switch for the bedroom area so you had to walk around in the dark to turn on a light.

Family friendly. Great food at the restaurant on site.

Staff was professional and helpful. The hotel offers courtesy pick ups and drop offs to the airport. We turned in our rental early and they picked us up instead of having to get an Uber or taxi back to the hotel.

Loving the fact that there is a shuttle available to most destinations. Hotel is great! Gym is well equipped, bed feels great, had such good resting in. Could have been a little cleaner, but it's all good.

Nice place. If I was in the area again it would be at the top of my list.

Rooms were clean, hotel wonderful!! The Bar sever was terrible likes confrontation just because I told her that my soda was flat! The restaurant server was Amazing!! Customer service at the front desk and house keeping was friendly and Amazing!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I got several packages delivered during my stay and they where very organized

No air conditioner on when arrived. No good breakfast

Hotel was clean but outdated. They tack on a parking fee when there is tons of parking. I thought the price they charged for the age of the hotel and size of the room was to much; I would look for nicer options at that price point
