The worst stay and the location

Room was disgusting shower wasn’t cleaned out,mold inside the ice container,tub wouldn’t drain,floors were very dirty

Great rooms and perfect location

But, the towels in the room need to be changed completely. Those look old and dull I spent 5 days I think and the room was supposed to be cleaned on the 3rd day but it wasn't Another thing, which may not be the hotel's fault, but some people on my floor spent their time making noise during the nights

​My stay was unbearable. The room was filthy, extremely dated, and smelled strongly of mold and staleness. I felt completely unsafe and had the unsettling feeling of being homeless rather than a guest at a hotel. ​To make matters worse, upon arrival, we spent an hour arguing with the front desk staff. Despite having a valid confirmation number for three rooms and email confirmations to prove it, they insisted we had only booked two rooms under two names. They refused to cooperate or help resolve the discrepancy, passing the blame onto us. ​The evidence of the poor and unsafe conditions is clear in the photos I have attached (and I have many more available): ​A used condom was left in the outdoor area, highlighting the lack of hygiene and safety. ​The bathroom countertop is covered in visible stains and residue. ​The microwave interior is dirty and filled with food residue. ​There is a concerning buildup of frost in the refrigerator freezer, indicating poor maintenance. ​I found an insect on the wall. ​There is a burn hole/damage on the furniture fabric. ​The shower area is unhygienic with residue on the toiletries shelf. ​This place is completely misrepresented online. Avoid this property at all costs."

there was an odor

There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.

Bed sheets not changed Close to main city attractions

Nothing We showed up late in the evening. They didn't have a room that we reserved, so they offered us a smoking room. We declined and ended up spending the night in our car because every room in town was booked

The location for the area that we were in we were only two traffic lights away from everything that .I wanted to do well up there. Finding this location was the easiest part out of the entire trip and experience I had in Virginia. The shower was the best part of the whole room I wouldn't even bring a homeless person to this establishment. Everything was dirty and disgusting from the walls to the sheets to the floors whatever you think is supposed to be in a hotel room was not there even the staff. You're better off sleeping in your car underneath the interstate than ever coming to this place. The person I was traveling with mop the floors with the one wash rag that they gave us and it was brown by the time it reached the doors. The towels in the wash Rags were white. You can smell the different drugs in the air on top of it was in the sheets you could smell it in the bathroom you could walk out to the parking lot. There was ants bed bugs and roaches any creature that you think can come out of a big city like where this hotel is from was in the sheets I was brushing my teeth next to a roach.Some of the staff was friendly but they were not helpful at all the ice machine didn't have enough ice in it on top of the fact that we asked for one thing the 3 days we were there and never received it we just wanted extra towels because they gave us two towels to wash rags and then we had to find all of the supplies ourselves.

The room was adequate, nothing more. Neither the TV nor the fridge worked. If you're on a tight budget, I guess this place is good enough. But if you can spare a few dollars, go elsewhere!

I liked the staff, the price, and the location. However, they do NOTHING to maintain the peace after hours. All 3 nights of my stay, there were loud, yelling, angry, and or drunk guests disrupting my rest each night between 10pm and 4 am(!); 2 of those nights, it sounded like someone was driving a mallet through the wall. Repeated messages to staff yielded no result.

There was no breakfast served at the property...only juice and coffee...UNACCEPTABLE The room was horrible...I picked a non smoking room before I arrived when I got to the property all those rooms we're sold out so I had to get a smoking room which I didnt want to but had to because I had my kids...there was no hot water at all had to go use another room for showers.
