Everything was great… bed were so soft… no bad smell… pool was cold but we enjoyed it…

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything went well. We would stay there again!

The place was great The only thing was the water pressure could have been better.

Stay here all the time. Never had any issues until this last stay. Did have ant hot water . I had tickets for concert and missed out because it was too late when maintenance came. Felt like I should've been credited something

I was allowed a choice of floors. He saw that we had pizza for my grandchildren and gave us paper plates, napkins and extra towels. There was another young lady on shift and she had a very bubbly and friendly personality (welcoming us). The lobby was clean as was our room (even though I do my own cleaning) 😉 I was able to do my water aerobics routine prior to breakfast. The pool room was clean and the children loved it. The young lady attending the breakfast bar was polite, helpful and thorough. Breakfast was ok. There was something there that each of us liked. The overall stay was really nice.

Loved it all, the staff is the most kind souls! They were so friendly and loved speaking to them at breakfast time:) can not remember her name that was taking care of breakfast but she is phenomenal and you will lose a gem if you lose her as an employee. The front desk staff, the man that covers night shift, he is great! So kind and helpful to us all, came up at 3 am to a complaint on the floor of someone fighting and he took care of it! Such wonderful staff! Hotel is was so comfortable and clean and a short drive to the port! Will stay again Loved everything, no complaints.

For an unexpected layover of a diverted flight, the hotel was a positive surprise. The staff was friendly, the room quiet, very large and clean, the beds very comfortable. They even let me leave the suitcases in the storage room while we only took our hand luggage to the room. The breakfast was an added benefit as well.
