Travelodge by Wyndham Norfolk Airport

I didn’t like anything Bathtub was full of dirt and what looked and smelled to be sewage water. Toilet wouldn’t flush. The floor was soaked in mystery water. The bed blanket was as thin as paper. The room smelled terrible

Disgusting room had stains on it we went to check another room their was a big cockroach as soon as we walked in

Nothing Everything

I checked the reviews before booking this place and they were very misleading. I don't want others to make the mistake that I did. The room itself was clean but the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. We had several cockroaches stop in to visit. There were many shady people hanging around the property and yelling to us beligerentlly when we left our room. The one saving grace was the promise of free coffee in the morning. When I went to get said coffee, I was told the coffee maker was broken. We slept in our clothes atop the comforter for fear of other bugs roaming the room. Avoid at all costs.

I could get past the environment, that included the drug deals in the parking lot, but the towels had stains on them I couldn't identify. The bed seemed clean but everything was old, falling apart, and in need of a steam cleaner or something. At 9a.m. the housekeeping staff busted open my door and it was nowhere near checkout time! And no, didn't even knock. I definitely do NOT recommend.

Nothing at all me and my wife didn’t stay for multiple reasons Everything was bad cockroaches, a bullet hole in wall, management was unprofessional, dirty and broken room

Exceptional

Guests next door had suspicious activity as there were quite a few people coming and going over our two night stay. Heat was used at one point which made the air smell like sewage and was immediately turned off.

Exceptional

The whole reason for me coming to the hotel was for the pool and it was not open my whole day stay… that’s not cool at all cause I could’ve went somewhere cheaper without the pool cost

Good

Nice clean room. Nice area

Went to see my kid and grandkids. And went out to Captains George to eat.

Nothing

A lot of residents that must live on site. Was harassed for money , cigarettes, and rides. Not to mention the drug deals and prostitution that goes on all hours. Not a family place for sure.
