We had a great time

Trashy area, a lot of homeless walking around Front desk clerk did not know her job. Made us wait until exactly 3 pm to check in with rooms ready

My room was switched to a single with a small uncomfortable bed ,water pressure was horrible ,luckily I was only staying one night because I was cruising out in the morning

Room wasn't ready at check in, bathroom garbage wasn't emptied, tv was missing a remote, bathtub was dirty

The room, which I paid for in advance, was not available because of over-booking.

Hotel is clearly understaffed. Check-in was fine, but room had a very bad smell and TV did not work. I did inform the front desk and they changed my room. It was better.

It was over booked they tried to buy me in a room that’s someone else was staying in it was a nightmare

Did not use kitchen but seemed good. Parking close, convenient, well lite. Recliner did not work well but minor issue for us

hello good afternoon from the moment of check-in. The young man Marques was awesome even though a lot was going on around him. He held it together. Gave me a nice check in and throughout my stay we had laughed and jokes and that made it really nice. I love the hotel. It will now only be staying at the Candlewood because of my visit there thank you so much for allowing me to take a long drive and be able to rest when I get there the bed was awesome even when I was leaving, I did not have a do not disturb sign in the lady that was cleaning the room walked over and gave me one. Me and My Friend went to relax and we did just that the beds were awesome. Can't wait to come back.

Rustville!!! Toilet, sink, lamp, toilet paper holder, everything was very rusty! Floors were dirty.. weed smell throughout the place..outside of the refrigerator was horrible, too nasty to open

The Cleanness was not good at the hotel I paid for it but did not stay I checked out of the hotel. The place was not clean to me bathroom, kitchen area. The place was not good at all.
