Location close to airport and restaurants.

The room was not too bad for the price. It can use some upgrades to appear brighter. It had a funny smell, but nothing major to complain about…probably in the carpet. The shower pressure was very low & did not get as hot as we preferred. Oh, definitely need to upgrade the mattress!

For a quick one night stay it was great.

Staff was very friendly and fixed the problem with the AC after the first night. Many small problems were not resolved over the days we were there. No paper at the printer, no body soap in the room after several requests and refrigerator needed cleaning. I don’t blame the staff for the fire in the laundry room, but guests should be aware it is not available as of 9-10/26.

Horrible experience was experienced.

Location is great for anything you want to do. This is my second or third time staying here. But this time was disappointing. Room was clean but smelled of urine. Since I had already unpacked I didn’t want to move (I was not offered another room). A very nice gentleman came to check on smell and said that maintenance or engineer would come to check. No one ever came. I purchased two types of air sanitizer/air fresheners that helped make it tolerable. A few other small things irked me like running out of shower gel in dispenser (reported but housekeeping never refilled) and running out of hot water in the shower. IF I go back I will inspect EVERYTHING before I unpack. Staff was very friendly but no follow through

The room was clean but the room is very dated. The bathroom door was off lined and every time the door was opened or closed it sound like a big boom. The bathroom door also was filthy and needed to be cleaned as well as fixed The refrigerator shelves were rusted and when turned on the humming was too loud to sleep, The room did not smell, and the bed was too small and was not a double but more like a full size. We left a day earlier and did not know they also have people who live there long term with their dogs. Outside of that the staff was very friendly and helpful, but I would not stay there again.

Close to a lot of restaurants and stores Wasn’t told upfront about them taking out 100.00 deposit, mold in bathroom, phone didn’t work and trash was left from previous people under kitchen sink

Clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was available at all times, and very good. Good neighborhood, and easy to access by road. No breakfast. Shower head was broken. I reported this and they said they would rpair it. But this was readily apparent and I do not believe I was the first person to report this.

They took my money! I never got to stay in the hotel the front desk black was super rude The manager was called and gave me a solid NO! Bc I didnt have a card to save on file I had unlimted cash to give for a deposit! We were from out of town my wallet got stolen! I also had a minor with me we turned away in the rain. After paying through a 3rd party! They never gave me a refund

Trashy area, a lot of homeless walking around Front desk clerk did not know her job. Made us wait until exactly 3 pm to check in with rooms ready

My room was switched to a single with a small uncomfortable bed ,water pressure was horrible ,luckily I was only staying one night because I was cruising out in the morning

Friendly staff Room wasn't ready at check in, bathroom garbage wasn't emptied, tv was missing a remote, bathtub was dirty
