Access to the beach. Wonderful! Just get rid of the transient people. The tweakers and the Marijuana smell coming from those who stayed in the first level rooms.

Close to every thing for me Front door did not shut properly shower door would not stay closed

The front desk reception was rather rude, he didn’t stand up when talking to him and his voice was muffled behind the giant desk. No information about WiFi was available and I just had to use my data. The room was clean but had a lot of mystery stains in the kitchenette and dining area. No bugs, the bed was a hard matt and I would hit my feet on the hard metal frame anytime I went to stand out of bed but the sheets were clean. Too starchy to be comfortable but no bugs. House keeping was kind and gave us fresh towels. The beach access walks over some dunes, destroying the dune grass that keeps the sand from eroding, but once you get to the beach it’s rather private and a nice little beach area for swimming, fishing and crabbing. We did get chased by a dog off leash at some point but we just went into the water till the owner was able to recall the dog. Wouldn’t stay there again for the price, too expensive for a bad motel.

Coffee pot only at front desk. Friendly roach by front door of room. Leaky faucets. Smoking allowed on balcony blows into rooms. Greyhound bus crowd. Good luck. Low key status.

It was very clean and it smells good I didn’t get extra towels. But it was not a big deal we had with us.

Clean and comfortable, beach front. Excellent price. It was an older motel, but clean, comfortable, and kept up well.

Although the hotel can use some upgrades, the fact that the ocean is literally 50 feet away is awesome. Staff are friendly and willing to assist immediately. Rooms are a bit dated and could use some TLC. But I give it a fair priced stay. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The good: The sheets were clean. We lasted for the night! The location is very good. The bad: The cleaning was terrible. I'm not talking wiping down the baseboards. There is gum stuck to my nightstand. I moved the nightstand and there is just so much stuff on the floor, I don't think anybody in the property has used a broom in a month. I clean hospital, I am inclined to give the benefit of the doubt. I also have higher cleanliness expectations out of my 7-year-old when it comes time to cleaning his room. If you all are paying adults to clean there, fire them. Shameful attempt at cleaning. The ugly: the smoke smell is incredibly pervasive.

There is a wonderful large patio area overlooking the bay, we enjoyed our morning coffee there and also lunch. A short walk over to a beautiful beach. Nice and quiet. Already reserved for our next visit.

Access to the beach was nice, felt secluded

We love the closeness of water an to stores an other attractions The bed wasnt comfortable an only one pillow per person they was flat. An two nights of our stay drunks outsode our womdow loud banging on door to their room. An people dont park infront their rooms an tale ur parking spaces so u may have oark away from ur rooms

Private beach nice view , nice comfortable king bed room was clean and the shower was great I enjoyed my stay

Pleasant

Check in was easy, location was perfect for us although felt a little sketch at times. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The room could have been cleaner and I couldn't stand the smell that came out of the AC. The public access to the beach had trash all over and you had to watch for glass in the sand. The parking lot felt a little unsafe at times with random people riding their bikes through. You never knew if they were supposed to be there or maybe checking for unlocked cars? We couldn't get our TV to work but never asked for help so no big deal.
