The maintenance was inadequate - the door to the bathroom had a hole in the bottom and the shower head was easily detached from the wall and the shower tap was coming away from the wall.

In my opinion, when you stay at the hotel and you park there because you’re flying out on a trip, you should not charge for parking. I think it should be free because when you come back, you might have to stay there a couple more nights before you go on to your next destination.

Breakfast always have a big line

I visited this spot with my family and extended family. Overall our concern was cleanliness and safety and I must say, the hotel is was well maintained. Ckin was easy, $50.00 deposit. The rooms are huge with suites . My room smell like smoke so I requested another room which was an easy process. The pool was clean and opens from 10-8. There’s free breakfast available from 630-9. There’s food service onsite and drinks. Outside the hotel there’s a strip of food spots which was a great convenience for lunch and diners. The VA beach is 20 minutes away and there’s a closer beach called ocean front. Parking free and easily accessible. There’s also airport shuttles.

Our experience was great. Had A lot to do in walking distance. The room was roomy. Only one bad thing, the TV in the living had no remote and to change channels on the TV. Otherwise great halfway spot to South Carolina. TV in the living room had no remote.

Beautifully located, better then average hotel in Virginia Beach Housekeepers! They walked in on me and my family a lot with no respect

that we did not have to be there on any specific time my granddaughter forgot to pack her stuff beaver "PONCHO" and is crying so bad. she has had it all her life,tried calling , and got put on hold wanted housekeeping to talk to them , and they would not put us through. we do not have an extension but would REALLY would like you to help and find him . i will pay for shipping to get him back, but we need ur assitance

Close to the airport You have to schedule the shuttle 24hrs in advance, so we had to hire an uber for one way to the airport.

The room on the first floor smelled so badly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was mid. One of the house keepers stole my mom white sweater after switching rooms and realizing she left it in the first room. She went back to the first room and did not find her sweater. They will charge your card for the room and the damage fee at 8am after selecting pay at property.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Loved our stay did wish that the pool closed later though.

Everything was ok except the Monday breakfast was close at the moment that I went to eat the time said 9:30 and I went at 9 and everything was empty and closed, so I couldn’t eat breakfast in that moment

Nothing It is taking forever to receive my refund when the property said I wouldn't get charged

Cleaning, good breakfast and service To kate for check in

We had a non smoking room however , it smelled of smoke. When we went to take a shower, the shower was off of the wall. We had to push it back in. We told maintenance guy who said it would be fixed the next day which is when we would be checked out. Staff were friendly however

Comfortable bed. Very pleasant front desk workers. Maybe bottles of water in the room. Body wash in shower in addition to soap. Better bath towels.
