The elevator very slow , bathtub water run not good and the light not too bright some light bulbs dead. Need to be improve it

The pool was not the cleanest, the water was cloudy. I asked for extra towels and linens for the pull out bed since there were none in the room. I was told the amount of extra towels i asked for was too much and the guy at the desk handed me a set of 4. As for the linens i was given a fitted sheet and a flat sheet, no blanket. The breakfast was great though

Room was very smelly and most of the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. Didn’t use pool so not sure about that

Shower curtain need to be changed ceiling moldy and falling apart ! Never will i ever book there again

The gym needs to be updated with working equipment. The pool had too much chlorine in it. Breakfast was good. The rooms were well maintained and spacious

The maintenance was inadequate - the door to the bathroom had a hole in the bottom and the shower head was easily detached from the wall and the shower tap was coming away from the wall.

Excelente hotel bien limpio

In my opinion, when you stay at the hotel and you park there because you’re flying out on a trip, you should not charge for parking. I think it should be free because when you come back, you might have to stay there a couple more nights before you go on to your next destination.

Breakfast always have a big line

I visited this spot with my family and extended family. Overall our concern was cleanliness and safety and I must say, the hotel is was well maintained. Ckin was easy, $50.00 deposit. The rooms are huge with suites . My room smell like smoke so I requested another room which was an easy process. The pool was clean and opens from 10-8. There’s free breakfast available from 630-9. There’s food service onsite and drinks. Outside the hotel there’s a strip of food spots which was a great convenience for lunch and diners. The VA beach is 20 minutes away and there’s a closer beach called ocean front. Parking free and easily accessible. There’s also airport shuttles.

The hotel is decent dor the price.

Exceptional

The room on the first floor smelled so badly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was mid. One of the house keepers stole my mom white sweater after switching rooms and realizing she left it in the first room. She went back to the first room and did not find her sweater. They will charge your card for the room and the damage fee at 8am after selecting pay at property.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Loved our stay did wish that the pool closed later though.

Everything was ok except the Monday breakfast was close at the moment that I went to eat the time said 9:30 and I went at 9 and everything was empty and closed, so I couldn’t eat breakfast in that moment

Nothing It is taking forever to receive my refund when the property said I wouldn't get charged
