Super dirty but staff was nice

Roaches in room and needed move rooms.

The property was not clean the room was infested in fleas we had flea bites where they didn’t not clean the room prior to our visit would not recommend anyone to stay here ..

Not very clean. Good location.

The next day, we finally decided to go to the pool before we left, and it was absolutely disgusting. Mold, floating on top of the water the pool was absolutely dirty and nasty.

Would not stay again

There was too much noise in the bedrooms making it hard to sleep and the pool was dirty. Don’t recommend

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. The pool was questionable. Very cloudy water and needed general maintenance such as painting. All in all our stay was ok. With some attention to detail we might stay again.

Facility was clean. Staff helpful. Over pleasant experience

The stay was overall good. A few things were broken or damaged. The breakfast staff was not great. Rude to customers.

Facility easy to access, friendly and helpful staff. Carpets in room need to be cleaned and all lights need to work

Only had 1 elevator working all weekend except a few hours on Sun. We had to ask to have the lobby televisions turned on, and I had to ask twice.the house keeping staff was understanding about us being out all day and giving us towels. Over all we always stay there when we are in town.

Property is dated and needs upgrades to complete with like properties.

No can not do that because what I dislike another person may like

The elevator very slow , bathtub water run not good and the light not too bright some light bulbs dead. Need to be improve it

The pool was not the cleanest, the water was cloudy. I asked for extra towels and linens for the pull out bed since there were none in the room. I was told the amount of extra towels i asked for was too much and the guy at the desk handed me a set of 4. As for the linens i was given a fitted sheet and a flat sheet, no blanket. The breakfast was great though

Room was very smelly and most of the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. Didn’t use pool so not sure about that
