Room and facilities very clean. Staff very helpful and competent.

Close to shopping and airport, food. Did not like the parking

This is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I absolutely love the laundry facilities ! Definitely comes in handy when you have a family of 5 !

The general service, staff, cleanliness, and parking of this place is outstanding. I will book this facility over and over again. Love it!

Breakfast and its policy of changes

Clean facility, location is new. Located right next to an outlet for shopping, walking distance. Fast food options nearby. The breakfast was ok limited choices served in a small area, slight wait for the staff to replenish food which would happen daily. Front desk staff friendly. Parking would fill up around the hotel but parking lots are shared with other hotel, restaurants, and near by lot.

I travel to VB ona weekly basis and this is my hotel of choice. It is new, clean, love the full kitchen rooms and the fitness center is serviceable.

My only thing with this hotel are pool towels. They are like sand paper. Old & rough. Close to food and shopping. Otherwise it was great.

Nick was phenomenal! Rooms were so clean, bed was amazing!

Clean! All staff inviting! Staff were cleaning nonstop. And did I say it was so clean and the beds restored my sleep! Thank you Staybridge, I truly hope as a company you have innovative ways to personally show individual employee appreciation, because it's hard to find staff with such stewardship. Especially Nick and the other male employees they were phonemail! ❤️

Staff was very helpful and polite while checking in and thru out our entire stay room was clean and large

I loved that it was close to the shopping mall and the rooms were clean and the staff was helpfull .

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My elderly aunt had issues with the in room phone. She(we)was unable to complete outgoing calls and had difficulty hearing the phone ring. The parking lot is small however, there is parking allowed in the resturant across the street

The Wednesday evening social was very nice. Staff were helpful. Everything was clean. Good breakfast. Satisfied customer.
