Staff very friendly and beds and bathroom new and clean

Everything was perfect besides the bed I couldn't get comfortable at all but it might be just me

Housekeeping staff are very loud in the hallway unnecessarily talking and disturbing guests who are in the room. They have to maintain silence while they are at work.

Most friendly and amazing staff. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms with full size refrigerator and freezer. Near by outlet mall walking distance and restaurants near by.

Great stay and very helpful staff

The parking layout was kind of strange as it was very limited near hotel and overflow was in the shopping center.

The complimentary food was top-tier, fresh, and offered great options for everyone. We spent our days relaxing by the pristine pool, squeezing in a quick workout in the state-of-the-art gym, and unwinding in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor lounge areas. Having free laundry services on-site was an absolute game-changer, especially traveling with family. This place sets a whole new standard. I would highly recommend being a Club Member here at Staybridge IHG 🙂

The property was beautiful the rooms were spotless staff was amazing I checked in pretty late and the staff was very helpful explained to me all the great amenities the property had was very close to shopping food and highways checkout was a beeeze jimmy was an amazing help to me and my family will definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in the Virginia area.

Most amazing and friendly staff. Super energetic and professional. My flight had been cancelled twice and was already upset. Staff made things better, great and spacious rooms, full size refrigerator and freezer. Rooms super clean, lots of restaurants and places to eat near by. They had a social hour with free alcohol and food. Would recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay here again just because of the staff. Management should be very pleased with their employees.

Excellent location- very short walk from outlets and restaurants…, pretty central to attractions. Encountered staff were friendly (night and day), amenities were great, the pool water could’ve been warmer, above average breakfast but could improve. It was a sold out few days and hotel was packed and busy, very loud by particular families in the common areas, but quiet hallways besides random barks of guest dogs. Room was perfect, spacious , clean, and well equipped, enjoyed the kitchen features, dishwasher, stove top, big microwave, full refrigerator, accompany with utensils, plates and glass drinking ware. Stayed with my young family of 5, 3 children (including infant), crib was available which was a plus, (brand new-easy to set up), made our nights restful and no interruptions to newborn’s night routine. If we come back to Virginia Beach area we will definitely stay here again as long as the hotel continues to maintain this exceptional attentive service to facility and guest. Thank you for a wonderful 4 night stay!
