The size of the room was excellent for our needs. The hotel was very accommodating with extra services such as a free shuttle to and from the airport and extra bedding when needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcome, especially since we were traveling with our infant. The AC was working great (we were there during a heat wave) and the pool looked clean and welcoming. The room could have been a little cleaner (we found old wrappers from someone else behind the bed). Our mattress was visibly sinking in where people sleep on each side so it was not the most comfortable sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The service staff were readily available. The bed was broken down in the middle to the extent that it had a bow shape. The pillows were excessively old, there were multiple drool stains showing through the pillow cases. The room was dirty, we found dirt and a used bandaid.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and food options just minutes away. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the air conditioning. It seemed like it would shut off or stop cooling between about 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. I sleep best in a cool room, so it made it difficult for me to rest comfortably. Since I couldn’t get back to sleep, I ended up taking late-night walks along the beach. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope the air conditioning can be checked for future guests.
