Best Western Center Inn

ALL but 1 had smiles & kindness, even in their challenging circumstances!!! Sadly they seem always understaffed & have VERY Limited resources at their disposal. Room was VERY ratty & rundown. TOILET IS WAY TOO LOW!! No Lobby Restroom, so if check-in was busy I'd have been in trouble having to potty after the travelling drive!! Thankfully AC worked well, but big gap in the door made the room Sweat SOO much, esp in the sweltering heat, so everything felt damp, even wet, Especially our bedding! :'( The Furniture was ALL Sticky!! Parking in back is HIDEOUS!! And the pool was cloudy & dirty, closed the entire stay, in 95+ °F

I’m not happy with the property and service that I paid for the hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful. Pool was not clean. Not enough food for the breakfast as per their advertising. Not recommended for family stay.

The property was clean but when I asked to check little early they said you can't even 30 minutes early . The ads said pool outdoor but didn't work. The area for breakfast is too small.

If was a quiet, peaceful place. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I ever vacation in VA Beach again, I would most definitely stay at the Bestest Western, Center Inn. The coffee was hot and good! And I like that it's available pretty much around the clock. I think the free breakfast could be better, perhaps by having a waffle machine, or one additional choice of hot food.

N/A Bottles for shower items where completely empty. Grown weeds on the side walk in front of the rooms doorstep. Ordered food, order was taken, and minutes latter git a call indication that the kitchen was closed.

The staff was very kind throughout the stay and even gave us a little gift bag when he arrived.

The rooms and proximity to airport and naval base. I think some improvement around the breakfast, specifically the coffee, pots overflowing when brewing and coffee very weak.

It was good, but there was some noise very early from another room, like 6:00 am! Otherwise was good!

Location Toilet was dirty…unacceptable?

The location The room was barely clean. TV services didn’t work, the sheets on one bed was not clean. We called the front desk but no one responded to the request. The breakfast was underrated.

The breakfast I got charged twice for the room even though I only stayed one night. I was told my extra charge would be returned but I have not seen that charge refunded.

Given the late hour, he had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel room. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the original reservation. This is a very disappointing way to treat customers. Not only did it create an unnecessary hardship for a tired traveler arriving late at night, but the lack of flexibility and customer service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this decision will cost them far more than the price of a single room. Our company conducts business in the area regularly and has employees traveling there several times each month. Based on this experience, we will not be staying at this property again.
